Dr. Cotoman provides a "fee for service." South Charlotte Psychiatry will provide a receipt for patients to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement, although we do not file for the patient. While we will provide the necessary information, we cannot guarantee the insurance company will reimburse the costs.
Dr. Cotoman is specialized in forensic psychiatry working with many different categories of criminal pathologies. Dr. Cotoman provides expert testimony in court pertaining to patient medication management, competency to stand trial, medication over objection and many other forensic related services.
