Shoot. I really wanted to love this place. Speedy, efficient, friendly, but wrong diagnosis. Those first three are huge customer-service plusses, but they are overshadowed if my problem isn't fixed when I leave.
I've had two of my cars serviced here a total of three times. Once was an oil pan replacement and they did a great job. I was very pleased. Once was for a Mazda that didn't start consistently. That was diagnosed as a starter issue. Starter replacement ($530) did not fix it. It was re-diagnosed as a neutral safety switch issue, and switch replacement did fix the problem. Again, happy with

If you LOVE your vehicles like I do,... This is NOT the place to take it. "Honest-1 Auto",.. IRONIC!! That's 1 thing that they are not,.."HONEST"! They left my vehicle outside on a Monday overnight & it was broken in to. And I returned on Wednesday to find out for myself. They didn't call ME. They didn't call the POLICE. And on to of it all,.. My wife & I were disrespected by the Lady behind the counter. I filled a POLICE REPORT & I'M FILING A CLAIM WITH THE BBB.....

Writing this for the second time because they flagged the first one so people wouldn’t see. Came in for an 8am appointment at the other Vancouver location today and after 2hours they told me that they didn’t have my oil and they said the oils was more expensive $100 but with everything it would be $200 so I told them I always pay $30 with my Groupon and they called valvoline and they told him it took full synthetic and synthetic blend which I told he already but he didn’t listen. I went to the other location and they said it would be $64 for synthetic blend oil but with the Groupon I would

This shop has awesome customer service! I'm here from out of town. Started having car problems today, and am leaving tomorrow. They took time out of their busy schedule to help me out today. The mechanic explained everything that was happening in a way that someone like me that knows nothing about cars could understand. They were very fair and honest about the price. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Saved me when I bought tires online and online installers was 2 weeks out. Called friday got scheduled for monday drop off and had my truck back by 1:30. Office clean and neat, even had a beverage bar with better than average products.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely scheduling next service here.

I've been coming here for about 3 years now. They always took care of me and my Honda Civic. I have never had any issues with any of the repairs or even the amount they were charging me. They are very service oriented from accommodations to fit me in to help work around my schedule or to give a good detail explanation when something needs to be replaced and why. They always offer options and never make me feel like I need to get every little thing fixed just because they suggested it. They also have a great program for the people who like coupons who want to save money for basic services like oil
