Worst apartment complex I have lived in, mostly because they prioritize on outside cosmetics to make it look nice and presentable, mean while on the inside it is completely outdated and the swamp coolers are no help with this heat, they also don’t allow window ac units because it makes the apartment complex look bad, if you do put one they will evict you, there’s always pigeon feathers on the air ducts due to no filtration system and is hazardous to children or people with breathing problems, the water lines haven’t been updated since this complex was opened and it’s starting to break so

Lots of ups and downs to living in these apartment. I’ve lived here for over a year. Summers are kinda unbearable without an outside coolant system. All they have are swamp coolers, which in 100 degree weather does not do very much. This requires you to go and buy a portable ac. They also turn them off and winterize them and are late to turn them back on. I understand wanting to make sure they do not freeze however living in New Mexico there is 3 cold days. Also since I’ve lived here the only amenity that has been open is the laundry. I understand there was covid restrictions but most other

Clean, safe, and mostly quiet. At the top of the Las Cruces Hill and near A-Mountain. Generally very upbeat and helpful front office. The swamp coolers blow out bird feathers and horrible odor like Ive never smelled before. The office cleaned my vents after a lot of pressure. They must have known it was not worth their money. Feathers and odor still come out, but its not as gut-wrenching as before, and I have less tiny bird particles blowing around now. This is a deal breaker for me no matter how nice theyve been. It makes my air conditioner seem like a blower-of-filth. Something permanently preventative

I don’t usually take the time to write a bad review, but I would absolutely not recommend Park Place Apartments if you can help it. I know lots of people move here because it is one of the most affordable places in Cruces and the location, but remember you get what you pay for. Since living here we have had to fix many things because maintenance will do a poor job (like putting duck tape on it) or sometimes they won’t show up at all. Their laundry facilities are always out of order and not very clean. They are always cutting off the water and not to mention, it is absolutely miserable in the

So far living here has been great. Also lived here over 10 years ago and they have made significant improvements. I hear a lot of complaints about water shut offs, but it is to be expected. These were build maybe 30 plus years ago which mean these trees are over 30 years old with a lot of root growth which could potentially cause damages to waterlines and pipes. Its something I don’t think anyone takes into consideration when they are constantly having to make repairs but I can appreciate that they stay on top of it as best they can. I would definitely recommend. It’s a safe area for a good

Previous owners left the place a wreck new owners have bitten off more than they can chew ac down over 2 months when re installed miss wired fire hazard crews making hazard is living conditions blocking doors with debris piles machine s running from 8 am till 5 crews blindly throwing debris from roofs multiple projects going at once none finished managers don't care about safety or comfort or residents
