UPDATE:September 2021- I do not know what I would do without my caring Auto Guys. That should be the name of this biz! Recently (the evening before Hurricane Nicholas struck), I left my car at Auto Check. I always have to google it and I always google AutoCare. They care about me the person as well as Betsy, my car. I forgot to leave them the keys. So after the hurricane they called to tell me the bad news. They replaced the hoses and when that was done, it caused a radiator leak. So that was more than this old lady had. They gave me 10% off and gave me extra time to pay total. In fact, Tony said

Was involved in an auto accident this past Friday. Got my car towed to Auto Check on Tuesday. Tony and his guys called me today (2days later) telling me that it was ready for pickup. I will continue to bring them my business. Tony is all around a class act and his mechanics do great work. I highly recommend them.

I took my impala to Yorkis mechanic in Pasadena and they completely lied to me on the work they had done to my car. I brought my car to this mechanic shop autocheck and they were professional and now they are correcting the issue to the car that the other mechanic shop didn’t do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!! Terrible service !!! We took our vehicle for a simple alignment and the first time the gentleman at the front desk was on the phone the whole time, he didn't even let us know how long it would take for our vehicle to be done to us or what there warranty policy is, we had to ask with much more concern with his phone call. We were force to return since our vehicle was still not aligned. So I take my vehicle there because of a check engine light. They tell me "It's a fuel pump." Then try to charge me almost $800 to replace it. (The part itself was about $150 at auto zone so where the extra $600 comes from is beyond me. Ended up getting it replaced for $250) Turns out the fur el pump wasn't even the issue. So basically they charge you $70 to tel you whatever they want, then try to overcharge you to fix it. This place is full of crap. They take zero accountability for their mistakes. There are tons of mechanics and shops in Houston Texas s. Don't waste

I came in because the reviews were great. I was tired of getting oil changes and being told I needed major repairs on my car, which runs fine. I had an inspection and oil change . I asked if their was anything needing done and was given an honest ...no. Keep up the timely servicing and the car is great. What a relief to find an honest garage. You've found a loyal customer!

Dishonest people. Took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation and a check engine light. I mentioned that my car also had minor electronic component problems going on such as dome light not working and car not beeping when I double pressed the lock remote (i.e., to find my car in a parking lot). They told me they couldn't address the electronics part because they would close soon, but they could do the oil and tires and run a check engine diagnostics. They went on to charge me 100 dollars for the check engine and I asked why charge so much for such a simple procedure, just for a diagnostics

I decided I should post my experience with this location, because quality service deserves a good review. This place is not only professional but genuine. I recently had two vehicle taken to this place for not just service but also cosmetic work and all the services provided were top notch. They are also extremely affordable!! Thank you for fixing up my daughter's Chevy Cruze, which looks like new. My other daughter's Honda CRV now runs perfectly as well.

I went in to get a quick oil change and have my brakes looked at. About 75 minutes later, I was called to the front desk where I was told I would need to purchase a new oil pan as the screw hole had become stripped from the previous person who changed it and they could no longer screw the cap in. This is after they'd already drained the oil, so it seemed as if I was stuck. They said it would cost me nearly $700, and I wouldn't get my car back until several hours later in the evening. When I need help with my car, or anything for that matter, outside my area of subject matter expertise, I value being treated with respect and sincerity. Yelpers had great things to say about this shop and I'd like to second them. Great value for the money. Great customer service -- in making helpful, value-added suggestions, management's attitude and in managing expectations. I always turn to these guys when I have a problem with my car. My family has been going here for years now for all three of our cars and for the most part I do trust them. When we have some kind of car trouble, we try to do our research and get the best deal. I am not a much of a car person nor do I really trust myself to look under the hood. So, it is reassuring to rest it in the hands of a mechanic.
