One of a kind doctor, Dr. Jeremy Lipshutz was kind, soft spoken and empathetic. He was not hurried nor did he cut you off when you spoke. He did not unnecessarily prescribe meds and took time to explain meds too. He was accommodating and a blessing to a tired soul. The front desk lady was also very nice and accommodating. You can tell she had a pleasant expression even under the mask. The lady that escorted me to the exam room was also nice. These people are very professional but also humane. Thank you for seeing me. They were fast and efficient, just do your part and be on time for your appointment

I had been a patient at Monos Healthcare for 5 years and the Dr's and PAs Lena and Isaac were great. They took the time to listen and cared about my health and care. I sadly had my last appointment this week when I was surprised to find that the owner, Dr Lipschutz informed me he had let Lena and Isaac go and that I could no longer be seen there. He no longer wants to see patients that are in need of pain management. I was a little in shock but ok. This "health care" facility is NOTHING of the kind. They have proven time and time again that they are ONLY about money and NOT about a person's health and/or threat to a person's/patient's health due to this organization's "money only" mentality.

This Dr. Issac Tunnell knows the art of pain management. He takes a personal view of your situation and goes from there. He has a very diverse background in various medical fields, so he understands your situation. Don't come here if you think you're going to get away with just coming for drugs, because as nice as they are, they do their job. Dr. L and his staff are awesome. They are always prompt and professional. I am there once a month and I've never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. That in and of itself is amazing these days. Add in all of the wonderful employees and this place is just epic!

Issac Tunnel and his staff are truly professional..They have completely made Las Vegas a safer place. They started with precautions at the door and I was worried about the staff and the Dr.s but they have a system that is keeping their patients safe and most importantly the staff that has families to go back to their families. Dr. Isaac is amazing! He is very warm and attentive and he actually tries to help you instead of just throwing drugs at you to mask the root of the problem like many doctors do! He listens and takes time to answer any questions you have and is, by far, the best doctor I've ever dealt with!
His medical assistant, Alma, is phenomenal! She is ALWAYS on top of her stuff, like prior authorizations or if I need a call back for any reason, she is quick to handle any and all issues that come up!

Terrible, awful, selfish, uncompassionate...etc. Do not see Dr. Sangook Park! If you want to just donate time and money, your call. Dr. Park does not deserve the letters MD anywhere near his name. Not only is he not a good listener but he obviously has trouble reading his own notes! I should have known when he immediately dropped my meds that were helping me deal with my sciatic issues. In short, made a diagnosis, discussed it with me and then performed a different procedure. The PA read me his notes, back pain left side, well that's the wrong side doc. When I confronted him, well he didn't like

I arrived at their Henderson, Nevada facility and was immediately greeted by David Nunez, Site Manager. Unfortunately, I suffer severe problems with my back and David had me sit on a chair and personally collected my insurance information and brought me their paperwork for completion. Although I don't normally write reviews, I have a GREAT TEAM at Monos Health with Javier Avila and his AMAZING Medical Asst, Anna who has helped me get the RIGHT referrals to excellent Specialists rather than just pick a name which has happened to me too many times, she has gotten Prior Authorizations right away where before I would have to ask over & over while my medication runs out & I suffer the consequences of severe spasms or burning nerve pain... Dr Jeremy Lipshutz at Monos Health was recommended by my primary physician. I made an appointment by phone. Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, I was told that I did not have an appointment. At that moment I made an appointment and received the new patient forms that can be filled out at home.

My doctor at this place is great, but the billing department is sketchy. This location is out of network for me, so I visit the doctor and the insurance company sends me checks to bring to the doctor so they get paid.
I never missed giving this place a check and all the sudden they told me I owed them 6 thousand dollars. They also charged me a copay even after I met all of the deductibles and out of pocket insurance totals.
BEWARE. Keep all your receipts and keep accurate records. If you go here and you're an out of network patient, make sure you give the checks to the billing department

I've been a patient for 2 years. Dr Oliver doesn't believe I'm in pain. Even after seeing imaging and sending me to a surgeon for a l2l3 fusion and connect this to the rest of my fused lumbar spine. It took nearly a year to get her to do an mri. I'm very unhappy with my care. She rushes through appointments, I am not after drugs to mask the problem, I want to be fixed! In 2 years she has offered 2 procedures and just enough meds to keep me from being out of control, but not enough to get out of bed.
I will be looking elsewhere for Pain Management services.

I've been going to monos a little over a year, and I love everything about this place!! The staff is really friendly and professional, the doctors know how to make you feel comfortable, and I love how Dr Boesiger always gives it to me straight! He prescribes me vitamins which I think is wonderful. Crystal the medical assistant always returns my calls in a timely fashion. Every where else I have ever gone; they never seemed liked they cared. Monos CARES!!!

All I have to say is Dr Seeds is the only Doctor period in the state of Nevada... That I trust .. In 22 years ....He told me we'd work on whatever needs to be done until we get it right. Going to Monos Health has been one of the best choices I've made in my life, with the help of Dr. Seeds and his assistant Taylor my life has changed dramatically for the better, I've been to many different doctors over the years and I've never, never gotten the right treatment for major anxiety and depression, I honestly thought I was cursed, until I went to Monos Health, I would never share something like this online but I feel as if I need to let people know, there is real help and there are real doctors that know how to help you with a solution that is affective and long term

I couldn't be happier with the way dr seeds has treated my husband and I. He has changed our lives. He has always been there if we needed anything and has also always been very understanding. He even helped me and my husband on a Sunday afternoon and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend dr seeds at monos health. I don't really like doing bad reviews. And This is not totally bad. I started off bad at Monos with one of the medical assistance Taylor. I don't know if she was too busy or what but I had to call a lot regarding different issues that were suppose to be ordered. As well as the staff that deals with the insurance for MRI and procedures were always hard to get a hold of, and hardly ever called you back. Taylor though was down right rude and disrespectful to me, and acted as if .had no right be upset or be asking for the things that were suppose to be done. It was very frustrating
