One of the biggest benefits of getting a seller's home inspection is to find out the condition of your home before putting it on the market. I used ABI for a home inspection. They scheduled the inspection and got the report out quickly. I appreciated that not only did they do a thorough inspection, but also made recommendations for future preventative maintenance after the home purchase was complete.

ABI was great. Used them for my parents condo inspection. They pay close attention to detail and we’re very professional. They wore masks the entire time. We got report a few hours later and was very detailed. Would recommend to others and use again in the future.

From making the appointment to the actual inspection, I had an amazing experience! The person who took my call was super kind and helpful, and David Tidd, our inspector, was absolutely wonderful! As first time homeowners, we were nervous about going to our first inspection. David was not only incredibly thorough, but was kind and informative, explaining things to us and answering all our questions. We really appreciated his understanding and knowledge. I'm super glad I went with these folks!

I was unable to attend the inspection, but I had my sister attend on my behalf. David was able to perform the inspection and give a great and detailed inspection report. Also he was great in relaying the information and findings to my sister and allowed her to record him. It sounded like a great job done and great experience. Thanks David Tidd!

Our inspector was wonderful! He made us feel very good about buying our house and knowing exactly what will need to be done in the next year to 5 years to 10 years. I would give ABI 10 stars if I could and I recommend them for anyone needing a home inspection done. Very thorough!

David and ABI did a great job with our home inspection. They did a very thorough job and were extremely professional. Dave was my specialist, he was great, walked us through the entire process, was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though the house inspection was a bust, due to unknowns of the house he was very insightful and I will definitely be using him and the company again when I need an inspection done.
Went with them again on a different house and yet again the experience was great and the service was amazing... definitely would recommend to anyone who needs an inspection!

I always appreciate working with Dave Stegink --he is consistently pleasant, cooperative, and does not alarm buyers, but points out things that are crucial to be addressed, and/or ways to work on items in the future. He is able to provide some recommendations of contractors for the specific tasks. The content of his report does not alienate or criticize sellers, but provides information so all parties understand the most important items needing to be addressed. I have appreciated his honesty, his rapport with other people in the business so that the client is cared for both during the process and
