I've lived here for 2 years and can't say a bad thing about my experience. Maintenance always is urgent if something needed to be fixed though we never had any major issues ever. The property is always immaculate with landscapers coming weekly. New flowers were always being added and modern paint renovations to make things that much nicer. Set price on trash so you know what your paying every month!

My family and dogs have been at Rocklin Ranch Apartments for a few months now. We had some water damage from the most recent big storm and the maintenance crew was awesome! We worked with Jorbie most, and let me tell you, he was kind, very informative, communicated well, and treated us like we were his own family. He made sure we were aware anytime he would be entering the apartment for work, as we have dogs, so that communication was extra nice in keeping them corralled. I recommend Jorbie get some kind of award or trophy for being one of the best representatives you can have! Thank you Jorbie

LOVE ROCKLIN RANCH! I've resided at Rocklin Ranch since 2016 when I relocated after the passing of my Mom. Without qualification, I can state that RR Management from Manager to Office to Maintenance are the best of the best. Delaney is phenomenal in her caring rapid response to any request whether for maintenance or delivering a heavy package. Jake and Chris couldn't be more accommodating - always prompt with a caring smile as well as expertise in resolving issues. An amazing complex with even better staff, truly was such a breeze getting the keys and Delayne in the front office is a rockstar! Most responsive and on top of things manager ive ever seen. Super nice apartments with real wood cabinets and granite tops and good size washer and dryer in the unit. Large patios and amenities that are actually available for use with no restrictions. This is the place to be!

Rocklin Ranch Apartments are safe, clean and respectful. I want to give Chris from the maintenance team a job well done (always). Chris is very polite, efficient and an all around great guy. I’ve lived here for almost two years now & have had almost every single Maintainance issue fixed by Chris. He is the nicest, hardest working soul I’ve come to know since moving in. Every time he comes for maintainance he doesn’t leave until all of my questions are answered & the issue is completely resolved. Seriously one of my favorite reasons to live at rocklin ranch :)

Super happy here! The office staff is amazing. Chris is awesome from maintenance. The landscaping is beautiful and clean. I love the community here. Our apartment is really great overall. We had some issues with our bathtub leaking and they truly went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Absolutely love that this is an animal friendly complex!! Crazy close to really anything you could want shopping and food wise.

I have lived at Rocklin Ranch for the past ten months and my experiences have been very positive. In particular, Delayne was very easy and accommodating to work with during the pandemic when I leased this place. I want to give major kudos to Chris, who is a wonderful maintenance man. Every time I have put in a maintenance request he has shown up promptly with the equipment in hand to fix my issue. My ice maker quit working and shortly thereafter I had a whole new refrigerator. I appreciate Chris, one of our maintenance workers here at Rocklin Ranch. He’s always prompt with any work orders we have and informs us of what was causing issues. He’s also kind and you can always expect a “hello” or wave when he’s driving around the complex. It’s nice to have knowledgeable and kind staff on hand. It makes living at Rocklin Ranch an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I made Rocklin Ranch apartments our temporary home for almost 2 years while making the long transition from the sale of our home in Roseville to our second home out of state. We cannot thank all the wonderful staff enough that work here. Special shout out to Chris who always took the time out to stop and chat and was always quick to respond for anything we may have needed (he even helped bring groceries in for me!). I've been a delivery driver for this complex for a while now and I liked the management and the community and the people that live here so much that I just officially got my first apartment the staff is super helpful with any questions that I need and Delayne Kline helped me through everything that I need to know. If you're looking for an apartment that has great stuff and that is there to help you look no further you have found your spot they have freshly repainted the entire complex and every single unit that is being rented right now is being re renovated. I strongly suggest to move in here

We are just moving in but the whole process has been amazing. Delayne has been very helping in always answering my calls and questions through email. She is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I've met Sarah and she has also been helpful in answering questions we had. The place is so beautiful from the inside and outside. I'm thankful I get to move into this apartment.

I had quite a few fixes needed around our place (3 in total). We've been here for some time now which means things will need repair sooner or later. I put in a maintenance request and was called the same day by Chris, one of the maintenance technicians who work this property. He was very flexible with scheduling and showed up the next day for our repairs. He fixed our shower spout (replacement), our kitchen sink faucet and offered to fix the weather stripping on our front door. Chris was very cordial, professional and repaired everything in a timely manner. He's made previous maintenance

I enjoy living here for the location and the fact that it is dog friendly. However they give late notices ILLEGALLY. Late notices are to be posted on the 3RD of the month (not the 2nd) and they will stick you with crazy late fees if you don't pay by the first of the month. I renewed my lease once but won't be doing so again because they raised my rent by $125/month!

Love the location, love the security, love the landscaping. What ever you do, DO NOT rent unit 6205. Upstairs neighbor, Shirley, is an icon and management lets her do whatever she wants, at your expense. She can let her dogs roam free off leash and attack your dog, kitty litter rains down on patio, she feeds her dogs on balcony so you get to deal with ants, even in adjacent bedroom. If management cared enough, this particular resident would not have driven off 4 residents over the last 2 years. I did not want to move, but management made it impossible to stay.

I lived in the apartments for almost two years. The outside is kept very nice--it's a pretty place, especially when the leaves start to fall. The inside of the apartment was nice as well--granite counter tops, etc. I only needed maintenance a couple of times and both times they jumped on it really quick. Overall a very positive experience. Plenty of parking.

These apartments are really nice from the outside. But being in them is another story. The walls are super thin and you can hear the neighbors.
Dealing with the people in the office is ridiculous! They are very rude! All we (bf and I) wanted to do was move out and they treated us like crap.
