They aren’t even one star, more like -10 stars. This apartment complex in Conway Ar is terrible! I’ve put in a maintenance request for a whole under my sink about 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t came to fix it, they say one date and keep changing it so til this day it still has not gotten resolved; I put in a request due to horse flies getting in my apartment and they said they cannot do anything bc they can’t find the source. Why put a maintenance request in if they don’t want to take the time to find out where they are getting in and how to fix the issue. There’s a big puddle of

If I could give this negative stars, I would.
From the DAY I moved in it was absolute HELL!
First, They didn’t allow me to view my apartment before I moved in. My apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in. It had mold in the window seals and empty crown bottles in the cabinet. There was also a nasty substance on the bedroom wall. Brought it to the apartment managers (Kelly) attention and she assured me she stood in the apartment and watched them clean it. Not once did she ever visit my apartment with the continuous problems I had. But I knew she was not being truthful because there wasn’t

Kids can play outside and fish and swing and have a blast here! People are great at these apartments and have a great community to have friends and socialize! This is a great place to live! They are also on top of monthly bug sprays! I'm highly allergic to bee stings and if I see even one by the apartment building I call the office and they are there just moments later! Thank you Kelli and Emily!!!

I have lived here for a month and I moved from another city. I have lived in a variety of homes and apartments and I must say that the customer service is unmatched. The management is very thorough in explaining the move in process and any questions and concerns that a resident has. Maintenance is prompt to handling issues, grounds are clean consistently, safe environment, and pet friendly. The apartments have lots of space and storage and the neighbors are quiet and nice.

Centennial Valley apartments and their staff are the epitome in customer service and are afraid to discuss their residents and potential residents issues or concerns. I would never lease from these people. They called me a week before I was scheduled to move from out of state and told me that they had some bad news, that the current renter decided not to transfer. Emily Millieons continued to offer my deposit back. Well I don’t know Emily, I have to have a place to live, but now I’m given a option to pay more rental charges which was not a part of my plan. This process continued to get even

Kelli the office manager is the most sweetest and effective managers I have ever dealt with. The office staff treat you like family! I can not begin to express in words the awesome maintenance staff at this apartment complex. They are professional, always fast, and treat your apartment likes it's their own. I love this apartment and complex!!
