Oh do I miss the old property management. Most of these good reviews are from last year and before when another management team was running this complex. If you sort by most recent reviews, you will see so many agree that this management company is AWFUL. They are so cold and unfriendly and it feels like whenever you need assistance you are nothing more than a bother to them. The parking is awful, we can’t use the gas grills, outdoor fireplace or the nice sitting areas outside the office building during off seasons (which this new management company implemented and it makes ZERO sense at all

The new management team is horrible. If I knew that the property was going to change hands to such an lack luster group of people I would have never signed the lease. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!
stay away from thees slum lords. Take your money someplace where you'll be valued as human being and not livestock. DISCLAIMER: The maintenance staff fantastic. I'm surprised that they haven't quit. Hopefully they are being treated better than the tenets of this joke of a property.

The new property management is terrible! This is the worst management company I’ve ever been associated with (EVER). Our neighbors have been harassing us since we moved in. The management company with their lack of leadership decided to kick out a disabled decorated Marine Purple Heart veteran during COVID-19. Over some hear say from the neighbors who have been harassing us since day one. This company is an absolute JOKE! I recommend you stay far from this place unless you want to be disappointed an over promised, under delivered, and over pay for rent. I’ve never seen such ignorance in a property

Trying to match up with the so-called economy with a brand new complex just built across the way calling units luxury however it's under New Management and it's trying to match price gouging like other locations coming back from this pandemic not fair at all to their loyal tenants money is all apparently they're interested in overpriced even for Holly Springs

I am currently in the process of checking out new apartments for my family. We are planning to relocate and we’re interested in this property. Loyda the woman that handled my call was more than informative. She had all the answers I needed along with video clips of the apartments that I was interested in. If all works out and my husband does take this job offer in NC we will definitely be putting in application here. Best of luck with your home searches!

Friendly and professional folks in the office! Anthony and Loyda are an absolute delight! Grounds are well maintained and the property is exceptionally lit at night, with an added local law enforcement presence overnight making it a very safe community. The Amazon Hub is pretty great, too! Can’t wait for warmer weather to try out the saltwater pool. This is a very nice apartment community!

Everything here has been amazing! From applying and getting accepted out of state, to signing and moving, to actually living here for a month now, the staff (Anthony, Loyda, and Kalin) have always been there to answer my questions and make things easier for me. I had a very small issue in my apartment today and when I called the office, Loyda sent Brian right out to take care of it. The community is quiet, the people are friendly, the pool is fantastic, and the apartments are beautiful! The indoor amenities are closed currently due to COVID, but that is understandable and in line with local guidelines

I have lived at Andorra for a little over 2 months now and I am very happy with it. We sold our house and wanted to move closer to Raleigh and Holly Springs seemed like a great location for me and my family. When we visited the Andorra Apartments we really liked it. My husband and I loved how much space we had, coming from a whole 2 story house we weren't sure if we would feel closed in. We rented the 3 bedroom and my children love their rooms. Their closets are actually a little more spacious than what they had in the house.

I lived at Andorra for a little over a year and loved my apartment! There are so many floor plans to pick from. The tubs are huge and the appliances are top notch. My unit had an actual laundry room with side by side washer/dryers ( I really miss those) so there was plenty of room to hide laundry baskets and store everything you need to wash your clothes. Lots of storage in general!
The entire staff is wonderful and very attentive. I particularly worked with Anthony and from move in to move out, he was always extremely helpful. Stop looking elsewhere and go ahead and rent now :).
