Patricia LaRosa is the founder and owner of Studio P., Your Pilates Community located in Bellevue Kentucky's historic business district. She possesses quite an extensive teaching and fitness resume. Patricia holds a B.A. from Northern Kentucky University, and an M.A. in Secondary Education with Gifted and Talented Endorsement.
She has taught at several area high schools, has served as faculty of the Kentucky Governor's Scholars Program and the CCM Preparatory Faculty. Patricia's Pilates journey began with a Pilates Teaching Certification from Pendleton Pilates in 2004 and has, most recently, received the title of Qualified Fletcher Pilates Teacher.

If you are new to Fletcher Pilates we recommend that you start with one of our packages of private lessons. Here, you will work one on one with Pia where you can address your personal physical and wellness goals.
Made of up a diverse offering of classes, this pathway spans from Classical Pilates Matwork to our Fletcher Fusion classes, which include the elements of Fletcher Towelwork, Fletcher Mat, Fletcher Floorwork, and Fletcher Circle. Prerequisites: Participants must take four private sessions with the studio owner before joining a class.
Pilates in an innovative, full-body conditioning program developed by Joseph Pilates. A complete Pilates program involves both mat and equipment work. The first equipment was developed in Germany during World War I when Joseph Pilates rigged springs to hospital beds to allow patients to rehabilitate while lying on their backs.
