Saved me on a long Monday bike ride to to Alpine; blew out a tire and not only had the perfect replacement tire but were able to install it quickly and get me back on the road; these guys have been taking care of business for 40 years!!

The rudest man on the phone. They advertise bikes on offer up but when you get there they don't have them in stock I would just buy off a reputable online retailer they do free shipping nowadays.

Don't trust them. I went to them and I asked what Sunday bikes they have and they took me to the expensive bikes insted of asking what my budget was first. The guy was rude, dont trust them. (go to Pedal Pushing Bicycle Shop instead)

About 2/3 of my receipt is a list of all of the items that they will not accept returns on our honor warranties for. There were signs stating masks and social distancing are required, but the staff were not wearing masks or keeping their distance. Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, so I'll rate an extra star for the upfront customer experience. Management should change policies to match competitors if they want to retain my business and the business

I finally decided to get my bike serviced and repaired after two years it was in bad shape so I called Inky's shop and spoke to a young man named Jesse, he was pleasant and professional and asked me to bring it in to see what kind of repairs I needed. I showed up and Jesse greeted me with a smile , he put my bike up on a rack and took a look real quick and gave me an estimate, I though it would take a few weeks to get it back but I picked it up in 2 days! Very clean shop and excellent service! Thanks Jesse can't wait to ride my bike again

I went into inky's bike shop to get air put my tires , Of one of the bikes I purchased from there.says yeah we have air Hands me a bicycle pump and says you'll have to do-it-yourself! I just can't believe customer service is that bad

Was looking for a new bike so I decided to visit inkys because I saw them on offer up with a lot of really good bikes got there and it turns out they only had Sundays and two fit bikes other than that great service and really good bikes just wish I knew Wich ones I knew where going to be in the store.

Went in after seeing they had scooters for sale but not the type of scooter we were looking for. They have the normal scooters that you use in a skate park, but no motorized ones.

Been in here a couple times with my MTB and have had nothing but great service. Knowledgeable staff. We’re able to look over a used bike I purchased and make sure it was all tuned up correctly and ready to ride.
I recommend them 100%
They had everything from bikes, scooters, all accessories needed for them as well as MTB apparel like jerseys, gloves and pads.

My 5 year old daughter wanted a new bike for her birthday! I wanted to support small business so we hit up Inkys. Small parking lot, but they had a fantastic shop. Great customer service. We had them check the bike out before we bought it and had a great experience

Having a hard time finding a bicycle during this covid-19 time. Walked into Inky's bicycles and I was noticed immediately by employee, Jesse. Ended up walking out of their 200% satisfied within 20 minutes. With the exact bike and color I've been looking for. The Simplicity and professionalism of this store is highly recommended. Got my Haro Sd Am boxed bicycle parts in the mail and being a first time bmx rider I have no clue how to assemble it myself even with YouTube videos. I thought I would mess it up somehow if I attempted to build it and I did not want that to happen (especially not having my own tools would have been pricier). I called Inky's my local bike shop and asked if they could help me. They said absolutely and they gave me an estimate for about 60 dollars but could be more after looking at it. This is my experience everytime I walk in to the shop I feel rushed to busy sometimes. As soon I walk in the front door they greet me witch is good right? But as soon as you tell them you need a part they go get it. Like it feels like they don't want you browse around get you item and GO. Also they don't sell road bikes, other then that this shop is okay.

We went to Inkys last weekend, the place was BUMPIN! Lots of people buying bikes. I really didn't know what I was looking for, but the guy that helped me was really knowledgeable and was patient with my endless questions. He helped me choose a bike that was right size for me and one for my daughter. They had a decent selection of bikes, but it was evident that they were flying off their shelves as fast as they could build them! They have a lot of nice accessories too.

I really can't say anything negative about this place. If you buy a bike here, they give you free basic tune ups

We couldn't find a mountain bike for our son in stock anywhere. Came across these guys on google maps. Checked their reviews there and here on Yelp. Took a short drive to El Cajon city and bam! The customer service was excellent. Very informative and no pressure. We bought a bike on the spot and they had it assembled faster than expected. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

I would give zero stars. This business does not honor their Groupon. My husband lugged my bike all the way there only to be told we are out of luck! Run away before they steal your money too.

I can meet here to get about $80 worth of accessories for my bike. CO2 ranks, CO2 inflator, extra inner tubes, lights, etc. There was a young guy that was very helpful. I got a flat a few days later and the CO2 inflator didn't work. I went back into the shop and an older guy (presumably the owner) greeted us. I told him I bought the inflator a week about and it didn't work so I wanted to buy another but try it to make sure it worked before I left. (I didn't ask for a free replacement or anything) He rudely said no and didn't offer any assistance. I replied "okay, thanks

Bought a couple of bikes online, had one shipped to me it arrived in a reasonable time, the second one I decided to pick up from their store since I was working in the area (very friendly staff)

Just finished writing a horrible review for bike bling due to their poor customer service and inability to provide information on the the basics. Inky's is my new go to spot when it comes to my bike. This place is friendly and informative. A true blue good place to get all your bicycle needs

TERRIFIC customer service. I came in during the COVID-19 pandemic, at around 1030am on a weekday. There were a few patrons that walked in and out during our short stay. We were welcomed right away by a young man. I told him that I had bought a Groupon deal for a tune up. I had a bike that I hadn't rode in over 3 years and wanted to make sure it was good and safe to ride. The young gentleman told me that he would see if we would even need to use the Groupon.

I recently acquired a bicycle from my neighbor who had to leave town quickly. I brought it to Inky's to see if; A) it was worth doing anything to B) how much work it would need and what that would cost.

I had heard good things about the guys at Inky's, but I was so impressed with the service and speed.

One of the gentlemen got the bike up on the rack and did a quick visual inspection. He tightened some bolts and adjusted the gears. Checked the brakes and filled the tires.

I was in and out in 20 minutes and the bike runs so much better now!

Amazing customer service!!

This place is trash. Went to get my son a starter bike and something he could cruise on. Not knowing much about bikes, I explained what I was looking for. They sold me on a freestyle BMX bike. I took it home and my kid was not at all comfortable on the bike. Now apparently I'm stuck with it as they will not do trade in or exchange and the only reason they sold me the bike is because it's the only one they had left in the store.

They sold me on what they had and not what fit was good for my son. Customer service is also horrible. If you're looking to deal with an honest business

We had a very bad experience here. We brought our sons bike in to get the brakes repaired. My son has a very nice Razor kids motocross bike in really good condition except the brakes needed to be tightened. The owner looked at the bike and said these type of brakes are 'garbage'. 'These are not good design bikes and there isn't anything I can do.' He then continues to tell us that the bike is a poor design, it's not a good bike and he acts disgusted.
He said all of this while my young son was holding his bike.
