Was in San Diego for a weekend and I had a great experience renting a gravel bike from here to ride 85+ miles of the BWR race route. They got me setup with everything I needed and were super quick and helpful. I forgot to take my pedals off before I left and they even mailed them back to me. Highly recommend this place.

My recent bike fit with JT was extremely helpful. I learned so much from JT, whose knowledge and experience were very evident. He spent real quality time with me discussing my cycling needs and desires. To top it off, JT and the others working at the shop are friendly and easy going. Well worth the time and very reasonable expense.

I bought my bike at the Carmel Valley store and did my original fitting with JT. Since then I have come in for a few adjustments with Aaron and with Leon. They always made me feel important and took the time necessary to make sure I was comfortable on the bike. Everyone at the store is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend the store and that you take advantage of the fitting.

10/14 left my bike for repair. Called mult times for updates and today 11/12 got same answer as before...that they haven't gotten to it yet. I commute daily on my bike so this delay and lack of followup is frustrating. I know they are busy, but would prefer a realistic timeline than what happened here. I will not be coming back.

Very happy with my experience with this shop. After John completed the fitting process, we went over the best candidate bikes for my size and competition goals and I placed an order. It later turned out that the manufacturer was limiting the remaining production run of my model, so John showed me a new model of Cervelo that he could build from a frame he had with the groupset I wanted. The new bike was ready shortly afterwards and I could not be happier.

Well this is my third review of this place. I have a 2021 stance e bike that shuts off, at first, when they did not want to work on it, they told me to take it to an e bike dealer even though it was under warranty, which was very upsetting. I just spent 5000 on it. I wrote my review and the owner called me and said he was sorry and to bring it down and they would start a claim, so I did and its been there 4 other times for the same problems and its been months of frustration. Meanwhile its been there for two weeks and they say they have not been able to get in touch with giant and not to call them

Great service as always with this shop, there is a reason I’ve only bought bikes from these guys (since 2015) and no other shop.
Shout out to Larry for getting my bike dialed in perfect all within my schedule and budget. I mostly appreciated his communication while working on the bike, gave me updates on parts needed and also used a few pro tricks to help me save money by not having to buy non-essential parts.
I will continue using Moment as my bike shop of choice. Now on to Ironman 140.6 Tempe

Great customer service! Took my bike in multiple times during Covid and despite the long wait for full bike repairs they got me in for quick tire changes or small repairs. Just had my bike in for a full checkup and they got it back to me a week sooner than predicted. I appreciate the speed and fairness with which Moment works.
