I have come back to Vancouver Tire and Auto several times in the last two years. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and not only had tires fixed, but bought an excellent quality set of tires. Just recently, I took my car in to have a nail removed and the tire repaired. I was quoted two hours--the lot was packed--but got a call just an hour later telling me it was finished and ready. The store is right on Andresen, so easy to get to. If I have any tire needs, I want to go here first.

Horrible customer service. They got my key stuck in the ignition and when I asked for them to help they were more than reluctant, stated they would try but might have to charge me! I have owned my car over 2 years and never had this problem until they did my oil change. They also hung up on me when I explained this and said its an old car. No accountability or assistance. I will never go here again

These guys run a very efficient shop! They communicated clearly, completed their work in a timely manner, and were friendly through the entire process. They made sure everyone that walked in understood what work would be done, why, and at what price. I overheard one of the employees say to another customer "We could charge you just to charge you, but thats not how we operate". These guys have exceptional integrity. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I bought a set of Goodyear takeoffs off the internet for our new to us family rig that needed tires. I took them to Vancouver Tire to be installed and have my oil changed. The staff was very friendly and I had a great customer experience there. 3 weeks later, I picked up a nail in my tread. I took it back to them and they fixed it free of charge. I was ready to pay because I did not buy these tires from them nor did I purchase any warranty, but they told me not to worry about it. The staff is great and they are Veteran friendly. After driving the streets with slick tires, I realized I needed new shoes for my jeeps feet. New kevlar wrangler tires, and an alignment, makes it feel like a new vehicle. Thanks guys job well done. Also after I purchased the tires online and scheduled for the following Monday, they got the tires in the same day and had me in and done by 1030 the next morning.

Came to have 4 wheels and tires put on my car. The gentleman changed the price once he saw the car was a Lexus. Stating that he will charge more for this wheel and tire job, than what the person who referred me here, informed me the shop charges. He marked up the price by 200%. Since I wanted to get it done, I took him to proceed. A Hispanic customer shows up after me, looking to change one tire, a $50 job. He proceeds to begin working on the Hispanic gentleman's tire job instead of mine. I ask him, why is he working on someone's car who came after me, he then says if I want him to do the job,
