Would like to thank everybody from Direct Cremation for their compassion and professionalism at a time when I needed them. Absolutely perfect in all respects from pre-planning and prepayment through actual service. They honor their very reasonable, PUBLISHED price list, don’t try to up-sell and were very friendly, professional and personable throughout. I handled everything on-line and on the phone from 400 miles away. Although their service is one that folks prefer to avoid, if I ever have a need for it in the future I would certainly look forward to the opportunity to work with them again. If you don’t make your first call to them, be sure to that it’s your final call.

Losing a loved one is hard. Losing someone during a pandemic is just that much harder. We had already planned to have cremation done. I spoke with a few different facilities and I had an idea of what each offered. Their website offered a lot of information. After discussing this with my family, we decided this place was right for us. We have never regretted our decision. The staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions; and we had a lot of questions. Every phone call was answered professionally and any messages sent by email were returned promptly

I cannot say enough about Direct Cremation Services. 10 Stars!!! My dad died in tragic road accident on November 17th 2021. He was 83 and he was on his way to live with me in Florida at the time of the accident. I lost my dad and my best friend that night. Apart from dealing with the shock of my dad's passing and all the emotions that come with the grieving process, I had to make arrangements for my dad's cremation. My first call was with a gentleman (JP?) who patiently walked me through the process. He explained the steps I needed to take with hospice, etc. and the steps that DCSV would take. He provided direct info about pricing, which is very competitive. Once my grandmother passed, transport was arranged within the hour. The transporters were accommodating and respectful. I worked with Ms. Abigail Cole thereafter. She was incredibly kind and very efficient. She promptly responded to my emails and gave updates along the way. I couldn't have asked for better. The service we received from all of the staff at Direct Cremation services was absolutely outstanding. The two lovely gentleman who came to pick up mum, we’re friendly and respectful and made the process very easy for us to understand. Then Jr who handled the cremation service and billing kept us aware of what was going on with mum and the cost of service they provided which was very reasonably priced. Then Elizabeth followed up to check in on us and make sure we were ok after losing mum. All the staff are very caring and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend their services to anyone
