My grandfather just passed away many as me never ready for the difficult, sad and painful time. So glad and thankful with heaven to find this place which customer service is excellent, they walk us through the process and which make us so pleased from the beginning to the end and even so they make a little extra for our family to last view of our grandfather's remains, they are so respectful and sensitive with all the process not like others that just think about money and want to charge for every single thing, prices are fair and they give you options. Last year she helped me get thru the red tape in burying my brother, a Veteran; this week she assisted in setting up my own final needs. Oh! She came all the way out where i live twice! My Mother died recently and we were scrambling to find a funeral home that does direct cremation. It was important to find an independent funeral home because I am the proud granddaughter of a mortician.
