Services
All applicants 18 years or older must submit a separate rental application that is fully completed, dated and signed. Full names of all occupants, pets and all vehicles must be listed on the application. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Please fill in all blanks with correct information or N/A if it does not apply.
To receive your security deposit disbursement, you are required to provide our office with your forwarding address in writing. It is important that we have updated contact numbers in case we need to reach you after you vacate the property. We may have questions that require an answer from you in order to settle your security deposit disbursement.
Tell William it has been a good 37 years. He was tough and fair, which is what we needed to deal on our behalf with renters, suppliers etc. We have prayed for him in his troubles as a friend. Application/approval process was easy. Decent home but the property management is subpar. No drop box for money orders so they are quick to charge late fees. Most if not all pre existing issues are current tenants responsibility to control. Be prepared to pay a couple hundred more then rent to live comfortably in your “new home”.

While when they need you to rent the house so they can get their part, they are nice helpful and everything sounds good. When the lease is over and you have been a great renter, paid everything timely, fixed everything myself never bothering them, you ask that while you are home you don’t prefer people viewing the house, we are amid covid 19 and with a little one is not safe, they can’t get the vaccine yet, the response is in a rudely manner: you would be breaching the lease. Trying to intimidate you right away. When you ask about their conditions: it’s the owner, not me. Well you represent

I have used Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management since 2006 to manage three rental homes. I had a positive over the last 15 years because the Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management staff has consistently met or exceed my expectations of what a Property Management team should do.

We have used Century 21 Judge Fite for our rental property management for 5+ years. The property managers and all their support staff have always been professional, pleasant and they are very good at communicating with us. I recommended this company to someone who's home sold quickly and he wanted to do a rental for a year. He read through the application and requirements and met everything listed. About an hour after submitting the application he receives an email stating they would need 3-6 months of bank statements and tax forms. No where on the application did it state that he would need this information if employed. He's been with the same employer for 3 years. If only stated that this information was needed if self-employed. He has that information but doesn't feel it necessary to divulge it to a company he

I have rented two different properties from Century 21 Judge Fite Management and I must say that Lori Fisher and Rhonda Chapman are super great people to have at Century 21. They are very professional and down to earth. If you have a dispute, they will work with you to get it corrected and/or come to an mutual agreement. I was a Century 21 Judge Fite Property Management customer for many years. Even though I lived in another city from the one where I had the property they managed, it all ran incredibly smooth. They were always reliable, punctual and super responsive when any issue or repair had to be addressed. When the time came to sell my property, they were also the best partner I could have asked for. Their agent and staff were knowledgeable, efficient and professional all the way up to the closing.
