We love The Point at North Quincy. The maintenance staff is absolutely great and they always respond in a timely manner which is something we did not find in other building complexes. They are also extremely polite, patient & friendly. What is particularly remarkable is how the management staff maintains the building and always address the concerns of the residents. They make sure the building is always clean and is always undergoing improvements (stair renovations, parking re-painting, pest control, trash collection etc... ). Their efforts cannot go by unnoticed. The apartments are well maintained

All prospect tenants are charged a deposit of $500 when submitting an application. Once the application is approved, this deposit is non-refundable and forfeited if move-in does not occur. The $500 deposit is called a "holding deposit," which is well known to be illegal in Massachusetts. The only legal type of deposit is the security deposit, which can only be charged when or after signing a lease.

I moved in this apartment 2 years ago and this was the first apartment I came in after I got married. Leasing office people are professional. Katelyn is a sweetheart. She helped us in a lot of Things with patience.were perfectly Whenever we had a problem in our apartment the maintenance people were prompt to fix the issues and they were on time. This is one of the best apartments I have lived in Quincy.
Grocery stores , train station everything is accessible.

We have moved here recently and have been loving it so far. Katelyn in the leasing office is very helpful, professional and is patient in showing around and answering any questions. We recently had a few issues with our kitchen appliances. Robert was quick to respond, assess and fix everything in no time. We were pleasantly surprised by the swift and professional service provided. The staff definitely makes it feel like home!

I have been living Eaves North Quincy since October 2017. It is a quiet, lovely and beautiful place to live. The staff are very professional and courteous. I would especially like to highlight one of them in particular, Frank Cuvino. He is always polite, honest, professional and helpful. If you are looking for a reliable person to help you fix something, i would highly recommend you call on him.
