Busy store, two employees. We browsed shoes while we waited for other customers to complete their transaction. But then, apparent friends of the female employee came in and she literally left the folks she was working with, ignored us, and got right to work chatting about their lives. Eventually, the other employee got to us.
This was one of the oddest retail experiences I've ever had. Tiny store, minimal selection, rude, loud employee.
Would recommend you go elsewhere.

Like thousands of other customers, I got foot pain relief because of this store. It seems so simple, but having the best support on your feet is all the difference. If you're reading this review and are hesitant about spending the money on inserts and proper shoes, do it. It's incredible that correcting your foot pain can help your knees,hips, and back in time.

This was the most amazing shoe experience for me ever! I hate buying shoes. I've never been to a store where they had so many options. I have wide feet and small bunions, so it's a challenge. I could have been in there for hours trying on shoes. I worked with Laurie and she was so knowledge and friendly. Our didn't take long for her to figure out my style and pick out shoes that I liked.
They have more pricey shoes and they aren't super trendy, but they are comfortable and well made. I'm glad I know where to go but shoe now.

The sales associate that was an old man with long hair was super rude and scared me and my partner away. I originally wanted to buy some Pikolino shoes, he asked me about where I heard about the brand and I said online. Then he made a huge assumption about how we came there to just try them out and not buy them in the store, and proceeded to shame me for not buying local (again, not was I was planning on doing) He kept pushing to make us buy his shoes, by pressuring and make us feel bad for buying online. Now I will be buying online specifically because of this experience, even though it was not

I have been coming here for years, getting shoes about once a year. Everyone that works there is really knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t ever plan on buying shoes anywhere else. It’s been a bit of a challenge figuring out what’s wrong with my feet, but they have always given me good recommendations. I came in recently with a diagnosis and turns out they were recommending the right shoes all along. Yay!

Awesome place to get shoes! They really take the time to make sure that whatever shoes you are looking at are the right fit for you. Customer service is 2nd to none as the pair of shoes I bought started causing me problems on my heels and they let me exchange them with absolutely NO hassles. I will definitely be going back when I need more shoes. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. I bought a pair of Brooks a few weeks ago, and have been experiencing a lot of pain with them. I brought them back today, and they happily exchanged my shoes for a different pair that suited my needs better. They took the time to fit me correctly for shoes that would help stabilize my foot for my active lifestyle. Thank you!

They are always great!
I've got small very wide feet and have a hard time finding anything in other stores to fit. Here they have an amazing selection in my size and they're cute too!
That being said they are on the more expensive side so don't expect $15.00 shoes. You do tend to get what you pay for and the shoes I've bought there have lasted and lasted.

My foot doctor sent me here while trying to heal my Plantar Fascitis, and Jennifer knocked my socks off w/her customer service! And now, I'm walking out w/the happiest feet ever, plus 2 pairs of cute summer sandals and a super comfy pair of Baby Janes w/great inserts for work. Woop woop! No wonder I keep coming back! After years of buying shoes off the rack or in department stores I thought it was time to settle in for 'real' shoe fitting. Do yourself a favor and get re-sized and consider purchasing a pair of super comfortable, well-made shoes. The selection is top-notch with high-end brands (Merrill, Naot, Born, and so many more). Helpful staff and they will cut any inserts to fit while you wait.

Good location and selection ... Higher brand end brand selection. Sales group ok ... Nothing out of the ordinary. Do not get the 40ish guy!! All he is interested in is getting you in a shoe and out the door!! My experience with a design and wear problem with them was dismal...totally unconcerned about my observation of the sear of the shoe .. In my judgement the shoe would be worn to unrepairable .. And at $135'00 that was not ok with this ol man.
The manager gave me the line "well you.ve had the shoes 6 months and most shoes only last a year or so! Bull....
