Placed an order for some work boots that were needed for a new job. This company waited a week before emailing me to tell me that they were out of stock. Now we have to drive over an hour to try and find the work boots needed as there is no time to order from a different store and get them in time. Their physical stores may be fine, but I would sway against ordering online from them.

I was told that this place had terrible customer service but I’m a fairly optimistic person and found my optimism met with knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Gino, was very helpful in making sure that I got exactly what I needed. Their variety for female work shoes was more than I expected for a small store. I had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back. Thank you Summit Safety Shoes!!

The people who wrote that they have a poor selection and rude assistants are crazy or one of those people that are never satisfied. I experienced the complete opposite! I was shocked at the variety of choices from athletic waterproof and non waterproof to the very high quality boots and all diff types and brands at decent prices. And those were just the steel toed! This place is the bomb if you need steel toes. I bought the reebok guide 3.0's and I am literally walking on sunshine right now. The most comfortable pair of work shoes I have ever had the pleasure of tying to my feet. Go here for your
