Outstanding skillful shoe repair. My repairs ranged from resoling wooden clogs, new boot heels, new soles on leather sandals and resoled hiking/walking shoes. Each type carefully done with just the right materials, fairly priced, paid in advance. If you're serious about quality shoes and repair to extend their life, this is the place! Great selection of shoe care materials as well.

Don't come to this shop!! Take your shoes elsewear. The owner was very rude and said my Louboutin heels were in to bad condition and they were unrepairable but i went to another shop and they fixed my heels no problem. This guy must not know what he's doing! I just needed the bottom of my heels replaced because they were worn down. Also needed my sole repaired but he said he couldn't do that either!!

If I could give more than 5 * I would!!! I had purchased a Louis Vuitton online and it came broken. I thought I would never be able to use it and had wasted a bit of $. I sent a bid request to a few leather repair places through yelp and Orchards had a rapid response and gave a very reasonable quote. The repair is done quickly and I have a handbag that's actually usable and you really can't notice by looking at it that it's been repaired! I will use Orchards for any leather repair items!!!! Ladies who love their LV handbags they can get them fixed instead of hiding in the closet

This is an overdue review. I've been going here for my shoe repairs for YEARS now and they're sincerely one the best in town! The owners are siblings and very nice and professional. They're quick, efficient, and good at what they do. I brought in two of my favorite Oscar de la Renta heels cuz I've had them for years and they were able to fix the straps that were starting to come off and replace the bottoms cuz they were getting worn off. I brought in a nice pair of Birkenstocks sandals and I needed new straps and a new core and sole. The experts took a look at it and they gave me a good offer and a good time when to come back. When I got them back I put them on all clean and new and I loved it! I enjoy wearing them. Good price they offered me. Better to repair than go buy new ones!

Just got another one of my Christian Louboutin's refinished here! Red bottoms can be slippery sometimes and with just the paint on the bottoms, it scrapes easy. So I found this place a little over a year ago! I'm celebrating my anniversary this week and needed one fixed up with adding the red rubber soles at the bottoms for better grip! He fit me in last min, finished same day. It's like brand to the new! Safer grip and he also lined it with black. Overall, I appreciated it for being so last minute. He's super friendly, professional and goes over what he can do for you. Highly

I dropped off a pair of $300 boots because the zipper broke. When I got them back, the repaired boot was much smaller; the shoe width cramps my foot and I am barely able to zip it up because there is about 1/4" difference between the circumference of the two boots now. If I had known he had to remove the sole to repair the boot, I probably would have said no thanks. When he put the shoe back together, he didn't line it up right, so now I can't even wear them.
