These are some really friendly and professional dudes.
Took my Cayman in for a headliner replacement. Flawless job. Brought it in in the morning, and car was ready by end of today. They even put my dash cam back in for me :)
Very reasonably price. Literally a 1/3rd of what the dealership quoted me at. Highly highly recommend.

This shop is one of a kind and Mike is truly a miracle worker. I’ve used him to replace a seat cushion on one car and completely rebuild the 47 year-old seats front and rear on another one of my vehicles and both times, the quality and execution were top notch. I cannot recommend Val’s enough, particularly since beyond the service and quality, Mike is just a fantastic person to deal with.

I talked to someone at this shop about my request. My request is very unique, so the shop wasn't able to offer service. But I am giving 5 stars because even though they didn't have a service for me, they took the time on the phone to give some advice and recommendations on what needs to be done and how to find a place to do it.

This shop and Mike are awesome! My back window shattered and Mike helped me quote the cost of repair for GEICO and then did a fantastic job with the repair with only 2 day turn around time. Had the car towed to Val's (without me) with no problems or hidden costs. Super friendly and honest service, would highly recommend!

They did a great job and hit the high spots. Took my top down on my convertible and the back window shattered. Took it in and had them estimate the repair. They walked me through my options and generated an estimate. The job was nicely done with the top looking like it was original. The repair came in at cost, on time, and without hassle. They even uninstalled my top's liner and reinstalled it with the new top. The back window was installed with the defroster and it works. The top functions perfectly after following their instructions to allow the canvas time to streatch into place

Mike is a perfectionist! My 11 year old Mercedes G500 had a headliner sag problem. Dealership wanted $$$$ for a replacement part & labor. Mercedes SF service advisor highly recommended Mike of Val's Upholstery and now I see why. His attention to detail is amazing! End result is a beautiful new suede/Alcantara headliner that looked like it came from factory. I would highly recommend you bring any of your Mercedes upholstery needs here!!!

Called Val's Upholstery with a legit question and a pretty substantial job that I would have been glad to give him. As soon as the guy answers the phone I get attitude. Half way through my question the SOB hangs up on me. Apparently business is so good that customer service doesn't matter. I wouldn't let this guy touch anything I own. Good luck sewing pillow cushions for the rest of your career.

Dropped of my motorcycle seat to get reupholstered at 9am and had it back by 4pm the same day! Excellent craftsmanship, looks as good as it did when it rolled out of the factory 40 years ago! Wound up being less expensive than a vinyl cover from ebay that I would have had to put on myself, great value for the price!

I hate to give a bad review but I have a conscientious. I took my jeep to repair the zipper on the back window. The owner said that it couldn't be fixed. I told him my car was vandalized. He then gave me an estimate of $900 dollars and said to give it to my insurance. He then said if I bought the soft touch at a lower price online I will save money and can use it towards my deduction. I know he was being helpful but it's dishonest so I didn't follow his advise. I brought my car in again with an insurance claim this time and I wanted for him to fix it without having me buy the

They did absolutely amazing work at a very reasonable price. I had purchased a pre-owned car with vinyl seats that were slightly warn and an effort by the dealership to take the cheap way out and put a patch on it only made it worse. After being told by multiple places that it would cost me thousands of dollars to repair, I was referred here. For under $300 Mike replaced just the panel of the seat that needed to be replaced and he did it in just a few hours. Mike is the best. Hands down. This is one of the few places in the city that doesn't charge ridiculous prices or try to offer unnecessary services. Mike even found a solution for my car that is so old the parts aren't even carried. He did everything much faster than expected and was upfront and honest. You couldn't ask for better. Take your car here. They're experts and their work is beautiful.
