I'd been generally pleased with Mr.Dry Kleen services (the pick-up at home is nice and prices are just okay), but after a few times with Larry making me feel guilty for requesting a pick-up (just a weird vibe like he's doing me this extreme favor) and then with TWO ruined blazers that started white and ivory but came back grey and splotchy... I think I'm done with them.
I've called, texted and emailed trying to get them to make good on the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" promise, but no reply yet.
I'll update this if Larry or any MDK representative responds in a satisfactory

Tried this guy for a while because of the pick up and delivery service but after 2 episodes of late delivery and misplacing my favourite suit hangers, I'm done with Larry.
He will say yes to everything and is the quintessential BS salesman who over promises and under delivers. Pretty much all of my shirts have broken buttons after his service. I suggest you pay a little bit extra to get better service elsewhere.

The worst!
Beware of Mr Dry Kleen. I have been using him for almost a year now. This week he took a large load as I usually give him, approximately $200 worth of cleaning.
He lost 7 items that cost us over $3000!! We even got somebody else's clothes and he doesn't even want to pick them up and return them to their owner!!
He promises next day return. The clothes were picked up on Jan 16 2013 and my card was charged that same day. Clothes were not returned until Jan 21! I specifically requested that they be returned by the 18th in writing! I had the outfit that I planned to wear to my
