Services
Rey's Cleaners is a full-service garment care and dry cleaning company founded in Miami, Florida on the simple idea that every garment deserves the highest quality care as it is a reflection of your own personal style. Rey's Cleaners started over 35 years ago as a family-owned and operated dry cleaning business in South Miami with Angel Suarez, his wife and only eight employees in a single store location.
For delicate fabrics and hand-finished garments, dry cleaning is a safe and effective way to clean and maintain garments. Rey's Cleaners excels at the art of dry cleaning based on decades of training and knowledge, combined with the ever-present sense of appreciation for all garments entrusted. Let's face it, business attire and buttoned shirts with collars and cuffs require a lot of time to keep looking great.
1 Regular Shirt Service, ideal for the everyday work shirt. 2 Hand-finished Shirt Service, after a machine press, the shirt is then ironed by hand to remove any creases and wrinkles. 3 Hand-pressed Shirt Service, our finest service for shirts that require a delicate cycle and a highly skilled presser ironing your fine shirt from start to finish 100% by hand.
Rey's Cleaners is considered Miami's finest bag cleaning service provider. Rey's Cleaners is capable of cleaning and restoring all bag types, including cloth, suede, nubuck, calf and lambskin, and leather. Our team uses special cleaning solutions to match each bag's uniquely different materials and fibers.
Cleaning your rugs isn't just for the refreshed look, but it's also for your health. Over time, rugs become covered with dust, bacteria, and mites, which can cause unfavorable odors and even allergic reactions. Therefore, it is a necessity to get your rug cleaned on a regular basis. At Rey's, we appreciate that your fine bed linens and table linens deserve care equal to the same high level we provide garments and other special items.

I have used Rey's for years, until they lost a pair of brand new Akris pants, have refused to find them, reimburse me, or take any responsibility. Many fruitless calls and emails later, I feel there is no other course of action besides warning others not to use this company. Rey's bills itself as a luxury cleaner, charges luxury rates, but miserably fails in protecting (or locating) high quality apparel.

I want to give thanks to Evania to help me get back my Tie Bar i left in my pants to be dry cleaned. After not noticing having it for 3 weeks i went ahead and called the Miami location at 3789 NW and Evania MADE MAGIC HAPPENED and she found it!!!. Not to mention the work that they do is always pristine. She even wrote me a very nice note. I’m giving them 5 stars... so happy with their help. :)

Amazing service and great at detailing! I received pickup and delivery service from Rey's and Spots cleaners! This is the local cleaner next to my home and they treat me like a queen. They even hemmed my pieces, it was worth checking them out. Mt first experience with dry cleaning was awful, at another local cleaner and it turned me off to dry cleaning. After having used Rey's I will never go back. Check them out! Shop local.

Well, change is not always good. Months ago Rey's got rid of my previous delivery driver who was amazing and a genius at customer service. My turnaround time on a cleaning order went from a few days to 7 to 10 days and I have now had to call twice in the past month when an order was not picked up or delivered in a timely fashion.
The premium prices remain but the service level has declined significantly.

Worse cleaner ever! Left a dress and the estimate was $50, when I picked it up it was more than double the estimate amount, and wasn't even clean they actually set a stain permanently, rather than remove the stains. I asked to have the dress folded and it was on a hanger, which causes the fabric to stretch.

DO NOT USE REY'S DRY CLEANING!
Very bad impression. My office uses them a lot and I thought well 3 of my co-workers use them all the time they must be good. I had a black long polyester stretchy (think like leggings but a little thicker) dress that was purchased at Tjmaxx for under $25.00 and they wanted to charge me $90.00 (because it's an evening dress). I explained to the women on the phone that this is not a fancy dress, yes the dress is long and a night dress but it's just a polyester material. They told me the best that they could do is to lower it to $60.00. I told the lady

It is rare that people do the right thing in business but I'm happy to report that management at Rey's did respond to my complaints and issued a check to reimburse us for the irreparable damage to my husband's garments. The supervisor Christina apologized for the fact that the issue took so long to resolve. I hope that this long-standing business, privately held by a local family realizes that we are rooting for them and offer our support as long as they never forget that the customer's needs are paramount.

So I lent a good friend my beautiful Alexis dress and she took it to a cleaner and when she picked it up she was told they were unable to get out the dirt line on the temporary hem. So she took it to Rey's and they called her and gave her the guarantee that if they treated it by hand, they would get the dirt line out. But this would cost $191. When she went to pick up the dress, she discovered that they had discolored (ruined) the dress and the attendant still insisted on charging her the $191. When she asked to speak to the owner she was told the owner was out of town until the 27...so my

This review is based on my first impression. I decided to try this dry cleaner out because I was having an issue with my previous dry cleaner company. I bought three men's dress shirts and took them right out of the package and dropped them off at Rey's cleaners to be pressed. Two weeks later I show up with my ticket to pick up all three dress shirts and I'm told that one shirt is in quality control and is still in process... I don't even know what that means. These are brand new shirts out of the package, all Dropped off at same time and at same location. Management needs to

One and done. You only get one chance to make a bad impression.
I typically buy high end Italian clothing, such as Canali. Brought over a pair of slacks to have professionally cleaned and the idiots at Rey's were careless and reckless by using starch--removing the sheen of the fabric and softness. Thanks to Rey's, the pants are now stiff. They did offer to clean the pants a second time at no additional cost but the pants still came back "stiff" and may have lost their original softness and look forever. Sorry, but I spend good money on good brands--might be a different matter

If you want to be robbed in broad day light and pay excessively for it, then this is the right cleaner for you. I have never in my life been to a dry cleaner that is so excessively over priced. I was leaving on a trip and needed to have two pieces dry cleaned. It was not an overnight request. I dropped off the clothes on Thursday and picked up on Monday. The two pieces were bought at Zara so we are not talking about high couture or top designer clothing. I actually paid $60 dollars for one of the pieces (a jacket). My assistant took the two pieces for me and they never told her what the

Poor service, terrible customer experience, and extremely overpriced. I took a cheap Gap V-Neck to have a stain removed out of it, without inquiring about prices first (my bad). Even though it was safe to expect a little over pricing, because of the location, I never expected to pay 3X the cost of my sweater to NOT to get the stain removed anyway. They said they did their best they could, with a total lack of manners and/or respect for an unsatisfied customer. My first AND LAST experience at Rey's Cleaners was terrible. Please, if you want to have your clothing taken care of and pay a fair

Do NOT use Rey's Cleaners. They are terrible. They have managed to ruin 2 pairs of pants and two dress shirts. I politely asked that they patch the hole in one of the 2 shirts that they damaged and they refused to do it unless I paid them for it. The pants were badly burnt by the iron they used and I was told that if I paid extra for the hand press next time that wouldn't happen. I said, "you are saying that I need to pay you extra to not burn my $200 pants with an iron?". The "manager" replied "yes, that would be the best thing to do". I attempted to reach

Terrible!!! Back in September a very nice pair of slacks was delivered to my home by mistake. I called immediately and told Rey's the pants did not belong to me. (I have not used Rey's cleaners in years, and after this experience I would never use them again!) They said they were going to pick up the pants but they never did. About a month later I received a bill . I called again and repeated the whole story again, they said they were going to pick them up and they never did. Since that time I have received numerous phone calls about the bill, the most recent today! Each time, I tell

I loved their service. Had to get a dress tailored and hemmed and they provided personalized quote and discussed realistic timeline to when it could be finished.
I picked up my dress today and I can't tell you how great it looks.
Big plus, they had it steamed and bagged ready for travel.
The prices aren't "cheap" but they are definitely not the most expensive quote i got for this project. If you are specfic with what you want, they can definitely help.
Oh and how they hand you fancy dresses back- in a zipper bag with the logo is great for traveling.
