Services
Paramount Medical Assocaites is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective medical care. We accept all major credit cards and offer payment assistance programs as needed. We respect your time and ask for the same with our time. Your appointment time is reserved for you. There will be a $20 cancellation fee if you are not able to notify us about your cancellation within 24 hours.
We offer Immigracion Medical exams for you and your family, with Dr Sunkara, who is a Civil Surgeon designated by USCIS. We perform vaccinations, blood tests, complete examination, and paperwork required for completion of USCIS FORM I-693. The entire process is completed the same business day. You will then receive a call when your packet is complete and ready to be picked up.
Treatment involve from simple measures like cutting down salt, improving the diet and exercise may help. While some may need medications. We will educate our patients on risk factors, like weight, race, age, smoking, cholesterol, diabetes, sedentary life style/ lack of fitness, stress and family history.
Our Prevention & Wellness or Annual Physical Examination or Complete Physical Examination, starts with your detailed medical history, a thorough physical examination, labs, EKG, and explanation to you about status of your current health condition. We conduct tests to detect Diabetes, High cholesterol, Liver, Kidney, Thyroid and hormonal problems (like low Testosterone).
Workers' comp and personal injury cases/automobile accidents - please call our Medical assistant. If you were recently injured, especially in a car / 18 wheeler accident, you should seek help from a medical professional, even if you don't instantly feel pain. It is not uncommon for the real pain and injuries to begin to cause you discomfort a few days after an accident.
