Meeting Gigi today was so pleasurable, I had requested the service request to come to have my apartment checked because my light went out. When she came I wasn't sure she could do the job because she is elderly, but to my amazement, in a split second, she hooked my light up and was so professional. She explained to me precautions I should take to prevent another occurrence.
I also had a second request to have my air filter replaced, she told me she would return but I didn't expect she would, so as not to stress an elderly woman out. In a few minutes, she was back. She left me impressed. I appreciate

We lived there for over a year and a half. The entire staff was consistently responsive, courteous and professional in all of their dealings with us. The place is very pleasant with beautiful trees and a wonderful swimming pool lay-out. Although covid-19 interrupted their use there are many enjoyable amenities.

Pros: Amenities like pool, gym, children play area ,tennis court are good. Repair problems are fixed in a timely manner.
Staffs are good.
Cons: Unexpected water shut off. Trash compactor will stop working often and attracts so many insects and mosquitoes.
Before COVID it was very good. Now due to unavailability of labor we see delays in repairs.
Roaches and bugs are always a problem. Dog park is there but we can see few residents not using it.

I lived at the Park at Vinings for most of this year. From the day I first visited the property, the staff treated me very kindly. I had a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment that I enjoyed very much. You can't beat the location, being minutes away from Cumberland Mall, The Battery and 75/285. Maintenance was always punctual and the Property Manager is the consummate professional, pragmatic and always looks for solutions to keep the residents happy.

This is an update to my previous review. After expressing my concerns about the original unit that was offered. The management team quickly jumped into action to accommodate my needs. Although It took a month for another unit to become available.

AVOID PARK AT VININGS TO SAVE YOUR LIFE!!! I know we get what we paid for. The rent at park at vinings are cheaper than average. However, it is not even worth the cheap price and can make your life in danger. Not to mention the water shut off every week and there are many cockroaches that you can't get rid of. The amenities here are extremely dangerous. I was working out at the complex gym on July 27th. and suddenly the whole mirror fell off... This is the third day without hot water, we called the emergency contact line more than five times. We also called the leasing center nearly six times, I also personally visited the leasing center twice. Due to lack of response, we sent an email directly to the manager, but the issue is still not resolved. The maintenance person called today and explained to me that because there is only one maintenance emergency, they cannot attend it over the weekend, meaning we have to stay without hot water. How do you expect to leave your resident without hot water for the entire weekend?

I have been here for 4 months now and there have been water shutoffs more times than you can imagine. They shutoff the water with a very short notice yesterday since 5 pm and said it will be restored by 10 pm. We waited till 12:30 am for the water to come back but it did not. Even now while writing this review they shutoff the water without any prior notice. When called the leasing office they said they are drafting the email after the shutoff has happened.

I am staying in this apartment from past few years and loved staying here. Amenities are good, they have 6 tennis court which my family and friends enjoyed a lot. Apartment are spacious. Never had any issues with maintenance and they came within few days after reporting the issues. For any major priority issues which needed immediate assistance these guys came within 30 minutes.
Most importantly the community manager and their team, specially Mr Tim have always been very helpful. Recently they extended my one month stay with the same price. I am very thankful for their kind gesture.
