Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

We’ve been here for almost 6 months now and have no complaints! Maintenance is fast and efficient, the office staff is very kind and helpful, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. No problems with the AC or heat. We had troubles with our dishwasher and a couple small things at the beginning but maintenance was quick in fixing and replacing things that needed it. Overall great apartments in a great part of Topeka!

When looking for an apartment or home, be sure to look for great management. The management here was perfect and prob the best in Topeka. My neighbors were nice and friendly and it was Peaceful. Management was on top of everything! Bittersweet to leave these apartments. They never had to come fix anything that was on there doing BTW. I highly recommend.

My grandmother living here and these places are the craziest of all places to stay. When it was snowing one day she slipped down the stairs and fell to the very bottom because they didn't have the decency to ice the stairs. They when things started to warm up she was walking down the stairs from the third floor and the whole railing fell on top of her and she could have broke her foot so that's when we said she HAD to move out of this hell hole.

I have lived at Brookfield Village Apartments for a year come this July and it is truly a place to call home. My neighbors are so nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are well kept and very comfortable. I feel so at home here. The apartment manager, Jody, is so welcoming and friendly. I love going to the office just to see her smiling face and terrific conversations. They welcome pets which was a huge plus for me as I have a dog. They have just opened their new Dog Park with a wonderful party for the Grand Opening of the Dog Park. The maintenance crew is fabulous

We have lived here for almost a year and really liked it. There are few amenities (ie, no pool, clubhouse, office, or gym), which keeps the rent cost down.
The staff is very friendly, they give you plenty of notice for general maintenance that needs to be done to your apartment, and they all how everything is going and if there is anything they can do for you if you drop your rent off in person during office hours.
The area is a very quite area and is close to several things you can easily walk to and the neighborhood area in any direction is great for walking, jogging, and biking.
