I had an emergency as one of the tires on my SUV got a flat the day before I was about to take it on a large trip. The great staff at Industrial Tire were able to see me the same day and repaired the tire quickly and professionally at an incredible price.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ALCOA WHEELS HERE!!!!
They will scratch the faces of them and say "sorry, this is the only way to change them".
They didn't even offer to fix them or replace them even though they messed up. They should have dismounted them from the back of the wheel and not the front. Oh I almost forgot to mention they still changed me for the work! What a joke.

I was sold a set of Continental Tires that were rated for speeds of 140 mph...ordered from Germany no less. They were soft tires, I had numerous flats and if I actually hit something in the road, it not only cost me another $200 tire, I had a bent wheel as well
They were no help with wheel repair, and insisted that they looked for a replacement wheel, another $250.
On top of all that did they mention that the new tire needed to be worn down to match the other tires? Caused some very expensive repairs.
I bought some tires from one of the chain stores and haven't had a a flat or a bent wheel

Great place for tires and wheels. They have several bays and a nice waiting room with a vending machine. Huge inventory of tires from inexpensive imports to name brands. Everyone there that I dealt with was friendly. Cory took good care of me and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go there again.

I have had several wonderful experiences with Industrial Tire Service. One being a set of 4 new tires which they helped me choose in my price range and the service was great. Another being when I needed new lug nuts and studs for a rear tire that was dangerously hanging on. They performed the service in a timely manor and checked all my remaining tire lug nuts for safety. Shout out to "Brent" who was a pleasure to work with. I'll definetly be staying with them for my tire needs in the future.

Donny and Terry were incredible, at midnight on a Saturday night they answered my call riding on a doughnut for 170 miles , They changed me out with a used tire for an incredible price. They got me back on the road in 30 minutes when nobody else would answer the phone in the whole state of Washington or Oregon, These guys jumped out of bed and helped my wife and I with our two children when they didn’t have to. These guys are true scholars and deserve the best!!!

3pm Friday rush hour traffic. Noticed we picked up a 3 inch screw in our tire. Needed it dealt with before heading up the gorge for home. Pulled into Industrial Tire Service as recommended by Dave, Northside Ford. The guys at Industrial Tire sprung into action! They got the Tire off in record time, removed the bolt and repaired the tire. We were on our way in 30 minutes. Thank you Industrial Tire Service for the outstanding customer service. Your team was professional, quick but thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

Called last week to order tires for my daughters new car, I had no idea what I wanted but larger and no rub. Tanner helped me out ordered the tires for less then I expected. The next day the tires were in! Went in and in less than 40 minutes all tires were put on and we were back on the road. Highly recommend Tanner and team!

My Darling Husband and myself drive our Prius to Industrial Tire Service in Northeast Portland, Oregon for all of our tire needs. We usually wait for our tires. It doesn't take long for them to do what they need to do. Sometimes, there are people who need their car's tires fixed right away... and I've noticed that it's mostly Taxicab drivers. Also, the Ladies' Room is clean and tidy. There is a vending machine if you bring cash. And, besides you can see Gartner's Country Meat Market across the street. The WiFi is good. And, there is a Television you can watch while

We have a new found love for Industrial Tire Service. Our car went suddenly flat so we brought it in. I figured our tire would be replaced or possibly repaired. What they told us was our valve stem was just loose. They took it all apart, fixed it, pumped up the tire and gave us our car back. They were so honest. The fee? No charge. They simply said, "think of us when you need tires." We certainly will and you should too! Thank you Industrial Tire Service!

Switched to Industrial Tire a couple years ago. I was looking for a company I could make sure they would take care the of my wheels when either repairing a flat or mounting new tires. I pride myself on keeping my cars for a long time and don't need someone in a rush scratching my wheels which I take care not to curb or blemish.

I took my truck over to them yesterday to rotate tires I bought back in 2012; also had them check the alinement and repair a slow leak in left rear tire; not only were they quick to finish the service, but they were nice enough to not charge me a dime!
