Desert Masters Realty is a full-service real estate company. We were founded in 2012 but were preceded by Montana Vista Realty. The Owner/Broker, Kim Ayers, has been in the industry since 2004. She has been on the Board of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) since 2011 and serves as a committee member for the Southeast Valley Registrar of Realtors (SEVRAR) Property Management Committee and Grievance Committee.

Kim has been great to work with. I wanted to make sure that my landlord wasn’t taking advantage of me. She took time out of her day to help me understand my lease and what it meant legally. It has been amazing to work with her over the years and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!!

Kim is wonderful to work with and found us a long term rental (after she sold our main home !) very quickly in the neighborhood we wanted. The application process was simple and all done online so we were moving into the house in a week. She made sure that the home was in good condition and professionally cleaned before we moved in. We spent a lot of time researching rental homes with private owners, but feel more confident knowing we have a signed lease and professional management company to protect us and the owners. If I could give Kim zero stars I would, but Google wont let me. Your rent will get raised the maximum they think they can get from you every year. When it comes to repairs on the rentals, they will wait until the last minute they are legally required to fix stuff on the house (including the A/C not working in the Summer). Kim will wait until the last minute of the last day to legally return your security deposit. Communication was always lousy, requiring at least 2-3 emails to get a response. Maintenance to the properties is subpar done by the lowest bidder, yet they charge max prices. I rented

Kim Ayers has been an amazing property manager. She is efficient, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She took over a property we had that was being managed very poorly and resolved all the issues that were pending. She is well versed on laws regarding rental properties and is kept us well informed on any upcoming law changes. Kim Ayers with Desert Masters Realty has been managing my rental property for over a decade and cares for the property as if she owned it. I am from Canada and purchased a home in San Tan Valley, AZ.
