Part of the reason I enjoy living at Montage Luxury Apartments is from the impeccable service their maintenance provides. Al, our maintenance hero is an outstanding employee and treats the residents like family. He goes above and BEYOND to make sure all needs are met. Renters can rest assured they are in great hands! Most people show up to work because they have to, Al enjoys showing up to help others in need and he does it with a smile on his face every single day.

I want leave a five star review for maintenance on the property. Al is so incredibly sweet and helpful. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue he is very prompt to respond and fix the issue. He’s very knowledgeable and even help me hang a shelf! Really appreciate his hard work around the property. It is clearly shown with the upkeep and cleanliness of all the facilities.

We have lived at Montage since March of 2020 and continue to have a positive experience. The grounds are well taken care of, the buildings are kept clean, and the maintenance manager Al is always extremely friendly and helpful. As soon as we submit a work order, Al takes care of it same day with no issues. We love using the amenities (dog park, pool, grills, clubhouse and patio) and being able to host our friends and family for parties. We would definitely recommend living here!

I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and Montage is one of the best! The office staff is very accommodating, listens and responds. Dixie, the Property Manager is super! Al in Maintenance is just the BEST!! Always does an EXCELLENT job, thorough, tidy and consistently friendly. Al is extremely conscientious and his work ethic and quality is second to none!! We at Montage are very fortunate to have Al. Vicky, also in Maintenance does a really nice job! She is very friendly and always willing to help. Great staff at Montage!!

I love My Montage Community!
The Management/Office Team is wonderful (shout out to especially Dixie and Rachel). They work very hard to maintain the "luxury resort living" vibe, and to make residents feel welcomed and special. From sponsoring fun events, getting to know residents personally by name, and just being overall attentive to residents needs.

Love living at Montage!! I have two huskies and we love how dog friendly it is! Love the dog park and enjoy the friendships we’ve made with fellow residents. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
The staff are very pleasant and quick to resolve any issues. We especially appreciate Al in maintenance! He cares very much about all residents and goes above and beyond! He has always resolved any maintenance requests very quickly and is very kind to all residents and dogs!! :)
