I am so disappointed in this place. The leasing office is nice and clean but my building, building 4, is disgustingly dirty. I am not sure how the other buildings compare but just driving in, the pot holes in the parking lot are huge, and at least 1/2 the parking lot lights do not work. The “rubbish” and laundry room have not been cleaned in months, and the hall carpets are extremely dirty and worn. I would not recommend this place.

I’ve lived in over a dozen apartment complexes, across the nation, over the years, and finally settled down to call Concierge (formerly Century Hills) my home over the past 36 years. Wherever I’ve lived, I have always chosen the largest complex with the most amenities. Every property has its drawbacks, and being an older community, this one has some issues as well. I just tend to overlook the small stuff. Complainers will be complainers, and social media is perfect place for those folks to air their perceived slights.
In the Rocky Hill area, this property offers the biggest bang for the buck

Do not live here! If I could give negative stars I would. I called to have the AC fixed over the summer and they had someone come and they said I needed a new compressor. Well they took the entire summer to get the part. When they called saying they had the part for the AC it was fall and getting cold and then they never came. The apartments are poorly insulated. During the winter there was freezing air coming straight through the windows and sliding glass door. We had to tape every nook and cranny because
we had called about how cold it was but no one ever came. During the winter time to keep

If your looking for a new place, stop!!
Pack you bags and move now. If you can…
Concierge is as close to owning, and having a great place to call home.
…Fact check their rates!!!
On average about $1,700 a month might get you a $350,000 house with a garage and a small backyard.
…. Seriously start packing !!
That $350 k house , doesn’t have 2 resort size pools, with one indoors!! A hotel stye game room , and a commercial size exercise room, just to point out a few of the many amenities. Not to mention , free maintenance, water and trash pickup. And a great walking path.
In my opinion

They do not maintain the property!! Pot holes that take literal years for them to take care of, car archways between buildings constantly have metal and insulation exposed and creating a safety hazard. Top floor of my building the hallways and eventually my BEDROOM were leaking from disgusting water stains. Roof is likely ancient. When said gas guy that they didn't tell me about came he told me my heater is 40years old and literally labeled it a safety hazard.
Absolutely horrible time trying to get in touch with maintenance and staff, you play phone tag constantly and they never get back to you

I just moved in today and I should have read the reviews before I moved in. I was mortified when I opened the door to my apartment!!! It was horrible and not inspected by management. I was told I could put in my own fixtures to jazz up the place and make it my own. The model they show you IS NOT what your going to get. They do a bait and switch on potential renters. They don't let you see the apartment before moving in or when you sign the lease. Save yourself from coming here and just drive by the place because you don't want to move here. YOU WILL BE TRAPPED from the BAIT AND SWITCH tactics!

Luxury? I’m pretty sure the state prisons have more luxury than the concierge‘s apartments in Rockyhill Connecticut. Disappointment does not even describe the experience. Management does not follow through or return calls, children are unsupervised and wreak havoc all evening long, riding bikes and playing tennis in the parking lots and in the middle of the roads, the pool wasn’t even opened until four weeks after I moved in, the indoor pool never did open, the pool is absolutely filthy and disgusting every single day, there is no security, lobbies are filthy and never maintained, the unit

Moved in a week ago. As other reviewers have noted, this is not a luxury apartment complex, though they're trying very hard to make it seem like one. A quick walk around the grounds will show you the level of commitment to property maintenance - my personal favorite is the disintegrating drop ceilings in the exterior car port areas, which are torn to shreds with insulation and metal supports dangling pathetically.
Office staff is friendly and helpful, but they don't have the resources they need to follow through on promises. They will hit you with extra fees on top of the rent to keep the officially
