My freezer was empty and I was still having issues with the magnets on the freezer door. I had just gone shopping and i was told by ken that I had to much food in there and that it was blocking the door. Which it was not! The door was able to shut perfectly fine! It was the fact that when i closed the freezer door, even when i had to throw food out and it was empty, and i closed the fridge door, the freezer door opened very little and it stayed opened without me realizing it. At the time i had 6 things of meat in my freezer and had to throw out because the freezer has opened and i never realized

I moved in almost a week ago and had a fantastic experience with all of the staff. There was a slight stain on my carpet when I did the pre-move in inspection and they immediately sent someone out to take care of it. I love all of the apps associated with living here which makes paying rent and having open communication with my neighbors so convenient. The dumpsters are very easily accessible. My only complaint so far is parking. There is our one designated spot per unit, and the visitors spots are few and far between and prime real estate. It makes having a two adult household difficult when one

Forest Park has a lot of potential! Some of my pros: convenience! You can’t beat the location and how accessible it is to get to any other town in CT. Assigned parking and plenty of visitor parking. Large living space. Leasing office is very responsive! Maintenance also responds quickly and Frank the lead maintenance person is very nice. Cons: the building I lived in seemed outdated with a ton of cobwebs all throughout the floors, hallways, laundry room and my own apartment. Prior to moving in they had cleaned up a lot of the visible cobwebs but inside the closets had a bunch on the ceiling.

Current resident... I like it here . Only thing I don't like is maintenance. I don't like asking for things to be fixed because they have a attitude when they come into my house an the attitude never gets fixed even when I complain about it so I feel uncomfortable! So because of that my rating I gave isn't a five star ! Hard to ask for help when I don't like them in my house .

I have lived here since January of this year and I couldn’t be happier. The apartments are so spacious and love having the pool at our use! The maintenance and office staff are always so kind and willingly to help! It’s been nice to know they call back immediately if there any issues. The grounds are clean and never any issues!

Moved to Forest Park in March of this year! My first experience renting an apartment and I couldn’t be more happy with this space and the community! My unit was spotless when I moved in. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and so are all of my neighbors. I love having access to the beautiful pool area and fitness center. Laundry facilities are convenient and not too far of a walk. I was nervous about renting for the first time and forest park made the process easy and I definitely made the right decision choosing this place!

I have lived at Forest Park for a while now and am so glad that I found this place! The apartments are spacious, the staff are friendly and the common areas are well kept! The gym has upgraded equipment that allows you to take classes which is something I haven’t seen at other apartment complexes. I also love the scenery and how peaceful the area is. I’d definitely recommend checking out this complex!

The quality of living in this complex is subpar but what makes it worse to live there is the property management. the mechanics & janitors are great, the management sucks. very nonchalant, they don't have your best interest in mind & are very money hungry. after a few years of living there, there was a list of things that was going to be updated due to us being there for 3+ years (we moved out right after a new management company was in place) .. we was told that since we had all the updates already, management would comp us a carpet cleaning. 2 months after that was told to us, of

I moved in here almost 6 months ago, and in the last month have had to deal with a rodent issue. Maintenance has come in and plugged holes in my kitchen on 2 separate occasions, hoping that's where the mice were entering. (Mind you, I live on the 2nd floor!) When I asked if this is a random occurrence, I was told there was an infestation in the walls and that it'd be best to plug all holes, get a trash can lid and seal up any opened food. I have caught 2 mice in a span of 2 days in traps that I had to purchase because when maintenance called Orkin, all they did was place sticky traps
