STAY AWAY!!! I'm super disappointed in the service here. I was very clear verbally and in my email that we were looking to have my mother's last five teeth pulled with no bone graft (a "not covered" by insurance procedure that they charge $650 per tooth) as we already went to another dentist and provided copies of records before scheduling an appointment with them. Please note that we sent records and spoke with the front office, informing them of this, and it would have been nice if they told me before I arranged for my senior mother to visit that they would not do the teeth removals without placing a bone graft, which as I understand it to be "optional." I would not have had her go ALL the way there and be billed for her visit, knowing they wouldn't do the treatment unless we paid for the "optional" service. We were not allowed to opt out of that unnecessary service per Rodge. I will report this to every dental board and insurance company I can in hopes of sparing others who fall into this trap. ASK FOR PREAUTHORIZATIONS AND CALL YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY WITH A COPY OF THE TREATMENT PLAN BEFORE YOU PAY AND AGREE TO ANYTHING. THEY ARE RIPPING OUR POOR SENIORS/ THOSE UNAWARE OFF!!!

I would give more stars if I could! I heard there was new ownership and after my visit, I could not be happier. Highly recommend! The whole staff was soo accommodating and friendly, they made sure I was well taken care of and I am so happy with my experience. Danny the dental assistant was awesome!

The dentist came up behind me, didn’t say what he’s doing, and started cleaning my mouth without offering me to spit the whole cleaning. 🤨 he also was so rough cleaning my teeth he almost pulled my filling out. I gasped it was so shocking.
The dental assistants are above average. And the scheduling staff is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . Why would they schedule me for a filling at 4pm on a Friday? No surprise, they did not give me a filling when i was a couple minutes late. Being late was my bad but if you’re cutting it that close don’t schedule a filling then. I didn’t have a great experience.

Finding a new dentist is never easy. Moved across the country and had to do just that but was also limited by practices that accept medi-cal. After reading many reviews I decided on this place.
Overall GREAT experience. The receptionists are kind and helped me re-schedule an appt I could no longer make due to work by calling another pt. And trading slots with them.
The dental assistant Sara is extremely kind, compassionate, and experienced and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Chong did 3 fillings for me and a cleaning and is extremely thorough and gentle. She took the time to

Total mess. management bungled my appointment scheduling (as it was mysteriously transferred from one business they own to another without my knowledge or consent) and so i not only missed my appointment but wasted time and turned down work i really could have used. the people answering their phones were totally unapologetic and unhelpful. trying to get the whole story out of them was like, ironically, pulling teeth. i guess i am grateful no one in that practice did dental work on me though. getting a new dentist immediately. no thanks.

Super helpful and professional, able to fit me in last minute when they had a cancellation. Very friendly!

Front office unprofessional. Business Manager all about profit and rude. This establishment is all about increasing their cost to the patient than providing basic care. I recieved one quote on Care and returned to their offices for treatment and got a completely quote and different story. Looking for a new dental office. Wouldn't recommend this one to anyone.

Worst dentistry ever. They done more damage to my teeth than good. Charged me over $3000 along with me having insurance. Only got half the work done due to the dentist not have a clue. Should be closed down. Never again.

The staff was very helpful and polite, called as a new patient and was seen the very next day for a tooth extraction. Doctor Chu is a really nice guy, and took plenty of time explaining the procedure and care afterwards. They tried to upsale me, and I can't hold it against them because that's just business, but he wasn't pushy or upset when I declined the more expensive treatment plans. My appointment was at 2pm, I showed up at 2pm, was handed paperwork and soon as I completed the paperwork I was seen. No waiting. The quoted price is what I ended up paying with no hidden fees or nonsense. 5 stars
