Angela's coaching and teaching with food has changed my family's life. She first began working with my 23 year old son who was suffering terribly from digestive issues mostly due from poor eating habits and stress. She taught him ways to bring healthy, delicious choices into his diet, and was available when he had questions and concerns.

He is now doing 1000% better and looks and feels wonderful. Angela has also helped me personally with using my diet to support menopause. We continue to work together regularly and her coaching has helped my hot flashes and other symptoms tremendously by using the right foods and supplements rather than drugs.

Initial appointment 60 minutes with follow-up appointments at 30-45 minutes. You will learn how to buy, prepare and eat all-natural, cost effective meals and snacks from foods you enjoy that are nutritious and delicious.
Angela delivers fun, interactive talks, classes and cooking demos to schools, scouts, national charity league, birthday parties, and other community groups. She can customize classes to meet your needs including support of school wellness policies and state education standards. Classes are 1 hour (60 minutes).
