Don’t do it! Moving out after six months!! No security and crime is problem. Cars are stolen, broken into and vandalized. Gates and street lights are always broken. Not safe to walk at night. The back buildings are full of gang members and it’s nothing but loud music and speeding cars. The office doesn’t care about anything but rent and tricking people into signing a lease. They only show you the nice model upfront then stick you in the back where there is no parking.

My boyfriend and I just moved in earlier in November and we’ve had nothing but a good time here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Chelsea. They fixed any problems we had in the apartment and will even check in periodically to see if we’re doing alright. Overall, we’re happy with the place!!

While my mother and I were apartment hunting, we came across The Lakes at College Point where Chelsea was able to meet with us. We had such a pleasant experience, she helped answer any questions, or concerns we had. She was excellent! Chelsea was so prompt to return emails and phone calls when I had questions about everything. I had a great feeling about the apartment and staff, I really wanted to live here. Everyone seems so friendly and yet professional. As of December, I will be moving in and I cannot wait! Thank you Chelsea for making this experience wonderful.

We visited in April and was lucky enough to meet Amburr in the front office. She gave us information, allowed us to tour an apartment and had all of our paperwork approved in ONE DAY! We moved from Maine in June and we have loved it. Amburr continues to be attentive to emails and calls. Her response time is stellar. The maintenance man that has helped us (I wish I knew his name) with a few things has been amazing a well. He's always prompt, kind and has a great personality. My family and I have lived here for over two years and have loved the luxury experience this community offers. The apartment we live in is very well designed and spacious. The office team is very responsive and caring. The grounds and roads are well maintained. The maintenance team are out almost immediately after a work order is submitted and accurate in their work. The amenities like the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse are great compared to others we have seen. I lived here for four years. Really great place and I recommend it to everyone. Everyone in the office is super nice and willing to help. Any service requests were fixed in a timely manner. On move out, they’ll give you a paper of what needs to be done, just do what is said on the paper and you won’t have any issues. I watched the community get nicer and nicer every single year of my lease. I was sad to move out of this place, but I took a job in another city. Thanks for the great memories and being my home for 4 years!
