Recently moved out 2 months ago. Brutally honest review here. My experience was very average. This place could be MUCH better than it is. For the rent I paid, looking back idk if I'd live here again. Better options in the area IMO. The apartments are a bit older it felt. My kitchen space was pretty small and cramped and very limited pantry/cabinet space for kitchen items and food. Next, I was on the first floor which was a BIG mistake. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, not even kidding. My upstairs neighbor was always so loud and I could constantly hear their every move. I’ve lived here for over a year now. The day we moved in we had trouble & it hasn’t stopped sense. The gate doesn’t work half the time & I don’t think you can enter through the back entrance at all. The trash compactor is always full or broken. My roommate & I have put in a few requests & they’ve been half taken care of. As much as I see the “maintenance” men riding in those golf carts, they sure don’t fix much. Whoever is in charge of this complex need not be. The living space itself is nice & spacious, but the upkeep on the grounds & amenities is very poorly done. I’m not sure

My experience so far has been a total joke. A lease was signed almost 2 months in advance. Two days prior to the move in date we arrive to complete a walk through and low and behold NOTHING had been completed. No cleaning, balcony broken at the bottom, counters need resurfacing, no painting, unit smells horrible, carpet rancid, bottom drawer in stove not working, ceiling fans in rooms not working properly. This pushed the move in date out for a week. The first day of moving in we notify Kristin of issues with the paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom, doors/trim weren’t painted, along with

We've been at Adrian for several months now. There are definitely some renovations that need to be done ASAP, like improved appliances, pressure washing the buildings, better A/C units, etc.
But I'll tell you why I've made this a 5-star review: Lindsey at the leasing office has been fantastic. She's professional, knowledgeable, and her follow up skills are excellent. When she says she will do something, she gets it done.

We were turned away from a scheduled tour and information due to some rule on not being allowed to get on the grass because of rain, which had already stopped. We toured 7 other facilities in Macon..some being walk ins, and not one of them turned us away. Not to mention I saw a lot of concrete at The Adrian. We drove from Macon just to look at apartments due to my son and his fiancé moving to Macon in July. We felt like the young woman was rude, even when we walked in. I give this a thumbs down. Unfortunate.

I know there have been good and bad reviews so I am here to add mine in as a new tenant. First before even moving here across the country the leasing office was amazing. Through every step they helped me out and made sure I had the best price. When I moved in the apartment was in fantastic condition minus very little scratches and normal things you find upon moving in. The one big concern was plugging in my stove and maintenance was on top of it immediately. The grounds are extremely well kept and the gated community is quiet and tranquil. I lived at The Adrian for three years and never had a problem with anyone. The grounds were kept extremely well as is all the facilities. The Office staff was friendly and the maintenance crew was as good as they come. I will miss this place and if I need an apartment again in the Macon area The Adrian would be my first choice. Beautiful pond lake and great security.

Great apartment complex. I lived here for approximately two years. The grounds are well taken care of. My favorite was the fishing pond, it is full of bream and some decent sized bass. There is a carp in there that is 20+ pounds. Sorry, as you can tell, the pond was my favorite feature. I never had any problems keeping my apartment cool (another posted mentioned they couldn't). The apartments are well insulated so even with my desire to keep the house cold, the electric bill was not bad. While maintenance was not the fastest i have experience in my time in apartments, they did always get the job

I moved from here a couple of years ago. I was given my renewal lease late and was told it was my responsibility to hound the front office about my lease. The apartment I was in was millipede hell. The home office was rude. Moving was the best thing ever! The rent constantly increases, but no updates are made to the apartments. The property manager at the time was rude as well.

I've been living in this apartment for 2 years and have had no problems. Now the apartment has been terrible. There are so many roaches and they do not seem to care. I have requested to send someone to come spray the apartment and they said that someone comes the first Thursday of every month, yet we have not seen Anyone come to the apartment! It is extremely uncomfortable to live in these conditions.
It is disgusting to live here knowing that there are roaches everywhere. I would definitely not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
