Gilbert is one of the most attentive agents in the business. Very easy to work with and understands clients work schedules when preparing plans. The Lucero office staff are amazing. We at Safe Haven Roofing & Restoration, Inc. have worked with the Lucero office clients for several years and have observed some of the best customer service given by any insurance agency we've worked with. They constantly go above and beyond to help their clients navigate the claim process and provide amazing follow up with both State Farm and the contractors! We are so thankful to also work with them as clients for our own insurance needs. Gilbert is top notch! He saved me from another insurance challenge and kept us from having an unintended coverage gap

Larry & Gilbert and all these people are the best. After having a horrid interaction with Allstate over 25 years ago I shopped around for auto insurance and Larry gave me the best deal. After having Larry for a few years and dealing with him I was so pleased I switched EVERY policy I have to him. I even finance all my vehicle's through State Farm Bank. I don't care if he isn't the cheapest, and I don't even look. Customer service is the best so these guys are my people till I die. I have made multiple claims throughout the last three decades and never, ever, get push back. Give them a

My husband and I have been "married" to State Farm but more specifically Larry Lucero's office for as long as we've been married to each other. Whenever I've called, whether it is because of a hail storm in Kansas or because I failed to clear my blind spot, every person I've ever talked to there is always genuinely concerned about me.
