Horrible management. They are highway robbing people. I can't describe fully.. Their prices are sky rocketing, They take full advantage of their tenants, raise rents and treat them without any humanity, offering no alternatives. Their apartments are rotting, you'll need maintenance every month. Horrible, immoral group of people!

I have lived here 3 years, and the staff is wonderful! Always there to assist you with anything you need. If I have a maintenance issue its fixed right away. Joey is the BEST! This is a very safe quite complex. Love it here

I can't say enough positive things about the staff and management here. Prompt to respond and fix issues and very polite. Craig went out of his way to call me when an apartment became available. We were moving from another state and the convenience of the location and school were perfect.

If you’re a resident just don’t expect front row parking, between construction and the Airbnb renters in the community. Rent is higher priced for what you get. And there’s a possibility they put an Airbnb rental next door to you. We didn’t realize the community had this many Airbnb’s.

Might right my review later down the road because I’m trying to have hope for this place but it’s been a few months and I’m already getting red flags. I have a lot to say. Also place is over priced. Rent has to many additional fees. Way to many. So watch out for that people.

I have lived here for 6 years and love the location the people and the amenities. Close to beach kayaking just next to IMG academy and minutes from Anna Marie Island.

Lived here 2yrs with no major issues. I have been more than happy here. The rent is priced a bit high for the area. Great floor plans and friendly staff that offer swift help. Power outages are a monthly occurrence, AC goes out a few times a year. Non-remodeled units get very little attention before move-in so if you can spring for the remodeled units, definitely recommend it. Otherwise you will move into an apartment with a painted bathtub like I did, which started peeling after 6mos. Every building reeks of cheap weed. Residents drive 40mph in the parking lot so be mindful of your safety here

I wanted to take a moment to say Thank you to Mr. Frank my son recently relocated from Houston Texas to Bradenton Florida and has been searching for an apartment close to his work. Being a concerned mother and trying to assist hundreds of miles away was rather tough. Frank gave us his undivided attention. He was patient, knowledgeable and provided impeccable customer service. Good customer service is very hard to come by and when you see it it needs to be recognized thank you again Frank. Jessica Scott Evans
