All full-time occupants of the apartment that are 18 years of age or older must complete an application and pay the $25.00 application fee (unless waived because of current specials). An occupant may be considered part-time only if they can show proof of residency in another city or state and\or proof of full-time student status where residency is established in another city or state.

We moved here 8 months ago and I love it. The staff ( especially Ms. Jewel) is amazing. They walked me through the whole process and moved me into the exact apartment I wanted. The pool is so nice and the dog parks are great for my pups to run and play. Maintenance responds so quickly no matter the time of day and I love that. My ac was having an issue and it was 80 degrees out.. I called them and even though it was almost 11 at night, they were knocking at my door in 10 minutes and got it up and running. Every time I have to go to the office for anything, the staff is always so friendly and nice

The apartments are beautiful but that is all I have good to say about The Heritage at Arlington. When I toured the community I specifically asked if there was much noise (knowing that I'd be in a college town) and was told other then the occasional dog barking, it was pretty quiet. That was lie number one. The people here are completely obnoxious, the walls are paper thin and during the summer there are weekend parties at the pool. I or my husband have made mention of the parties multiple times. Once I was told to call the cops if it is too loud, another time I was told they don't know

I lived at the Heritage for 4 years. The apartments themselves are very nice, some of the best in Greenville. The complex’s management leaves much to be desired, however. Three years in, I requested to move from a 1 to a 2 bedroom. In this process, they proceeded to run a hard credit check without my consent. This is unacceptable and completely unnecessary, as I had already been living in the complex and in good standing for 3 years. I was never notified of the check until it showed up on my credit report.

Visited this complex on Saturday 6/12 around 1PM to tour an apartment. After arriving, I was greeted by a very distant and rude front desk associate. I notified her we wanted to tour an apartment, and she immediately notified me that they had a wait list until September, which is fine, but her entire demeanor, attitude, and professionalism was quite sub-par. It actually made my sister not even want to consider this complex in her list of choices because of her poor attitude.

I have lived at Heritage for almost a year now and I can’t imagine a better place to live. Every time I go into the office the staff is so friendly and helpful. The few times I have needed maintenance in my apartment they came and fixed the issue and left my apartment clean. I would recommend living here to anyone needing an apartment, I will definitely be renewing my lease!

I've only done the visit and tour so far, but I just had to write about it. I went to a lot of places that day and Haley at Heritage was the best part of that day. She was warm, welcoming, energetic and informative. She answered every question and then some, and followed up later to make sure I had all the information I need. Also, the place was beautiful, well taken care of. It's top of the list.
