Nice apartment complex, a little crowded, and if you're not familiar with it very easy to get lost driving around in, and in my opinion... somewhat overpriced, but that's Scottsdale for you! It is very nice though... I've only seen the inside of the one unit that I've been in, and worked on myself. We installed a washing machine for them yesterday on a third floor apartment, and it was absolutely beautiful. Treat you like you’re a child. Hours on pool. No, not “quiet hours; operating hours! Will literally tell you to leave if you’re there past time. Parking is horrendous, and they monitor it. People don’t always keep their animals quiet, nor pick up after them. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous clubhouse, but we don’t want to be babied. We have parents for that.

They will cut off your bike and throw it out if you leave it locked to an empty bike stand for 4 days.... like what are the bike racks for?
And they’ll fine you for having potted plants on your porch.
Very nasty culture. So excited when I moved out.

Very difficult to navigate to the units and there is NO guest parking except at the clubhouse, which may be a five or more minute walk from your door. Club house looks institutional, but has many amenities and nice staff.

A wonderful facility for area residents to enjoy great staff including Chef Mike's weekly evening dinners. Inside are comfortable chairs in which to lounge. There are also a couple of spacious equipped rooms: one in which to exercise and another in which to watch movies. Outside is a lovely pool.
