I gave them 2 stars because they are trying. Roaches everywhere. Pest control comes in and does the same treatment each time. Its really unlivable. And I'm not sure if its just my building or what, but i know a few other residents have complained about pest control. When I first moved in I was NOT happy. I had a leak that took me almost a month before i could move my stuff in. It took them a while to fix it. Im not sure if they just don't pride themselves on their work. Unless you HAVE to, I wouldn't move there.

Clean and love living here and thank you for your all of your best of helping us when needed and for your best and for helping us with the showers in the restroom and all of that stuff that keeps away from any kind of rolly pollies or bugs on the ground we appreciate your best help and I love living here

I worked with Maria and Mia on my planned move. The process was very smooth and they were really pleasant. I only gave 2 stars for the 2 of them. As far as the complex..I got my keys on a Friday and while moving my packages were stolen, The move was done late in the evening so when we arrived to unload...ROACHES everywhere in a "made ready apartment" my kids found them. Cabinet door was missing from the master restroom with mold at the bottom and the outlets were broken. I refused to move in and thank God Maria understood and gave my money back. I appreciate their hard work for me but if my review

Since new management has taken over, great apartments to live in. Great prices, well kept, nice, spacious floorplans, best cheapest apartments. Management is awesome and let me not forget the maintenance is super attentive to your unit's needs. They fulfill everything right away or in the timeliest manner to make sure your stay is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend.
