I had an interview with one of the ladies that works here I believe the assistant manager. And that experience was horrible, absolutely no eye contact she did not smile, you can tell she had attitude, she was not prepared at all knowing I was coming. She kept saying I have other interviews and I’m the middle of me talking she cuts me off and says I have all I need plus I have more interviews. I was going to tour but I would not want to live there nor work there with that bad attitude. No wonder the ratings are so low . I do not recommend milan apartments to anyone .

I lived here for 6 years. The complex looks pretty nice from the outside but inside they use very cheap materials and the work is very sloppy. I dealt with staff that was very nice and some that were rude as hell.
The gates rarely worked, no parking, maintenance requests would get closed out without being done, etc. However, the worst thing was that my apartment eventually became INFESTED with roaches. I don’t mean I saw a few when I flipped on a light, or even that there was a problem. The place was INFESTED! In the 2 years prior I had reported sightings and nothing was done. However, it became

Moved in October 2021, here are some things to consider:
1. The apartments in the pictures are not what all apartments look like. Found out after the move in that those pictured are "upgraded" apartments which cost more. I was never told this, but found it written very vaguely in their brochure. Make sure you can view your actual apartment before move in as you might be getting a very basic package with older appliances and countertops.
2. The pool has been closed since I moved in, I was told that it was pending an inspection which was scheduled for that week and ever since my move in, that inspection

My daughter and I have lived here for over a year now and we just renewed our lease. We love it and we love Gabby and Crystal they are great, very friendly and helpful!

Nothing luxury about this place except for the name. Even the one star is just for the size of the apartments. The gates never work, the breezeways are always unclean, there was a crime incident in which someone got killed right in the community, the parking is terrible with tiny spaces and very limited spots.....

WELLS BRANCH HOUSING AUTHORITY at this point

So I sent in a Picture of my trash due to the raggedy company they hired barely picks it up however they faithfully charge every Month for it. The associate told me to use the trash can and don't have it sitting outside until it's time for trash pickup. Perfectly fine, I put my trash inside my house until about 6:30 PK as instructed. I had two bags and they gave us 13 gallon trash can lmao what the hell. Anyways knowing they won't fit and trash is being picked up, I put it outside for them. One of consultants came after business hours

I live here. I did not get a tour before moving in, and the unit is OK. They say they are luxury but there was paint splatter on my wood floors and on the granite counter tops as well. There is never any parking after 7PM so you have to park in the front (if there is even parking left there). I called maintenance because our sliding closet door came out of the hinge and they came and popped it back in, but didnt actually fix it so it pops right back out. Last, the pool has been closed all summer. I was told around may that it would open soon, but called a month later and they said it would take

I came as a guest to visit with one of the tenants. I was there for no longer then 30 minutes and I parked in the visitor parking spot. Per the tenant that lives there, they were never informed of a visitors parking pass or sticker for the visitor. I was not in any spot allocated to of the paid spots for the tenants, when I came out I found my car was towed and I was charged with $300. Terrible service and terrible expectation set for the tenants that live there. This apartment complex needs to take responsibility for their actions and their lack of communication with their tenants as it pertains

Worst experience I have had, I’m actually done dealing with apartment complexes after living here. Super small parking spaces and it’s always hard to get a spot. Your friends and family will probably get towed. The tow company is out of control here and I would not be surprised if the apartments are getting a cut. In addition to my friends and family getting towed (invalid tows might I add) my own vehicle got towed while I was there!!! The staff can be rude, the gates are often broken. I have had theft out of my car twice in one year. The dishwasher dents the pantry door because of the design

I just wanted to write a review on the superb treatment as well as service I received from your community manager Crystal. Not only was she courteous, but, she was prompt and to the point; handled my issue(s) with ease. Love the place and definitely the maintenance staff was ready and able to assist too. I would recommend or refer friends/family to Milan.

I ABSOLUTELY love my apartment. And I can actually say that for once. The apartment was upgraded and I ended up getting a great deal before the end of the month.
My Leasing Consultant, Jorge Flores, is incredible. He ensured that every need from my renters insurance to any issues with my apartment were taken care of. Luckily, my apartment was much better than I expected. When I tell you everything was cleaned, sealed, and buffed, it was.
I have not had any issues, I cannot hear my neighbors, and my apartment is so spacious and comfortable.
It is insane how quiet it is considering the proximity

I'm currently a resident here at Milan Apartments, and I have been staying at these apartments for about 1 year 5 months now. After this amount of time living in the apartments I would highly recommend not moving into the apartments.
First off they are advertised as luxury apartments, and you will certainly pay luxury prices. However the apartments are far from luxury the appliances if you get the base version are old and run down. The apartments do tend to have roach issues as well.
Even though you'll be paying gated community prices the gates usually don't work, and anyone can just drive right

I can't rate 0 stars, which is unfortunate since that's the most accurate rating for this terrible complex. It's been 4 months and out of all of the problems, only one has been fixed. We came into this apartment with a broken a/c unit, faulty fridge and dishwasher, ROACHES, terrible valet trash service, and terrible turnaround time by office/maintenance when trying to get the issues resolved. In the first two months, the fridge died twice, and it took a week each time for the management to take care of the issue. Us losing out on hundreds of dollars worth of groceries due to lack

I hate this place! Can't keep employees, ghetto neighbors, parking sucks, you can hear your neighbors, they will tow you, don't do it! Do not more here! I can't wait for my new construction apartment which is way more lux than this ghetto apartment complex in the hood! There is nothing luxurious about this place! Just because u put some cheap stainless steal appliances and some cheap quartz countertops, doesn't make this place lux! Look what you are renting too!

I am editing this review but not the rating .I believe in second chance. Milan Apartment you have the opportunity to fix those issue and i will love to see Milan apartment be one of the best place to live at in Austin. I worked closely with appropriate staff and we came to a resolution and they promised me to resolve those issues at hand. Wish you guys the best for years to come.

I have lived here for 3 years and am shocked to see the reviews. I have not had any issues. I agree the parking situation is a nightmare for guest but the apartment is nice and all maintenance is handled in a timely manner. Stephanie in the office is super helpful

Vehicle was recently towed $298.30 at 8:30pm - SUPPOSEDLY they don't tow visitors until after 10pm - LIES!! Be careful - leasing office, after-hrs, and Sheriff all three made that same statement. Was not parking in any reserved spot or garage way, I've parked there plenty of times before - however this time they decided to tow! What an experience - I would advise anyone to be vigilant and be extra careful on where you park when you visit at this property!!!

Heeeeyyyyy.....i been living here for 1 year coming Nov and what can I say I love this place! The staff is kind, great community, plenty of things to do in the area (huge park close by moms!) Proud to say I'm here to stay! Plenty of space, the parking issues have been fixed, and the pool is amazing....open all year long!!!! Would recommend this place to all!

Disgusting people all over, Police Activity PLAGUES this complex especially on the weekend. Weed smell throughout the complex, the pool, cars with loud bass at night, drama, drama, drama!

Brooke, I've tried that several times "to meet with the manager in order to discuss how you may be able to assist me better" (with emails to prove it) and it's done nothing to help. I've even cc'd the regional manager in regards to some of the situations.

Any other suggestions?

Oh and in case you haven't read any of the reviews on google or apartments.com see below!

"I wouldn't even give it one star. The office staff is terrible the parking is terrible you can't have one friend over after 7 they're going to tow your vehicle so get ready

1st. The rent is way to high for the amenities
2nd. The parking is a major issue and they will tow anyone with out a sticker. This includes your friends that want to spend the night.
3rd management is largely indifferent to tenet needs
4. The apartments break a lot. So expect water damage from broken pipes, and major a/c issues that dislodge you from your apt often.
5th The front gates is broken more than half the time
6th they nickel and dime you with a bunch of little fees that are mandatory fees.

IF YOU RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!

Every since we have moved in a few months ago we have had non stop issues with this apartment complex. We have put in at least 4-5 noise complaints from our extremely loud upstairs neighbors. What makes matters worse is that one of them work here, so you would think they would have the common decency to be more respectful.Nothing has been resolved at all, it's the point where I'm losing sleep at night and get woken up by 5 am everyone morning. There's dog feces everywhere which is annoying. I have a dog myself so I make sure to pick up after her. A new thing that just happened is

We lived at this location for 3-4 years, we experienced poor management, and have seen this location go through 3 different management companies. the first 2 years it would take months for a service call to be completed. with the new management team that has been reduced to a couple of days and sometimes hours. this complex was going through a remodel and did not offer to remodel our apartment and if we asked we would not get our current rate but the new rate. I believe the security is lacking slightly, my car was broken into 2 times with a filed policy record. and when I brought it to their attention

Where do I begin? First of all parking is a nightmare especially for guests. If the guest parking is full (there are 6, maybe 7 for the entire complex) they have to park across the street at Inka chicken. Secondly, the claim of luxury living is also a lie. Management is rude, their sales pitches are lies (it's all a lie). Don't live here. To even get maintenance for anything you have to write a five star review, which I'm sure is the only reason this place has any positive reviews.

First lease here, not very pleasing. I will not be leasing here again. Very rude staff, there is never any parking. Everyone should have parking stickers because it is ridiculous how far I have to park from my apartment. Also my water has been shut off three times without any notice, keep in mind i am never late on any payments, told that they were working on a line that had burst but should have no effect on ALL buildings! Loud music in the parking lot. It's very sad considering how nice the apartment itself is, cannot complain there. I Cannot wait until my lease is up!

I just moved in about a month ago and I've been so happy with my decision. I was looking at three other options and Milan was a perfect fit. They worked with me every step of the way. As you all know, it's very stressful finding a clean, comfortable, beatiful, affordable apartment in Austin. Look no further, I have found a home and the staff... I've grown very found of. Always on top of the job. Ready to help, respect goes both ways.
