The senior citizens who reside here were left without power, water or assistance for FIVE DAYS during historic cold and freezing weather.
***Property Management CAPSTONE showed up many days later only to issue trespassing charges to local community members who contacted Texas state rep Celia Isreal who assisted in getting the power restored, and assembled and delivered food, water and supplies. Despicable.

At Cambridge Villas some are still waiting for the pipes repairs from the snow storm still.
We were told they would be working 24/7 . Not so, Manager left us just had a note on the door ,We closed due to weather. . No warning for people 4 days after the snow ,still no one to move the snow off the sidewalks and driveway . People from the neighborhood came too our rescue . We thank the people from the neighbor for the help.Shame on the manager..

My grandma has been living in these apartments for over 10 years BUT since the snow storm that came through Texas, she has been 2 whole weeks WITHOUT running water and it disappoints me how the Cambridge Villas still has not fixed this problem and that my grandmother has to do extra just to make sure she can bathe.
