We have been dealing with electrical issues in our kitchen and minor maintenance repairs for over 4 months. Submitting requests through the maintenance portal and calling the property manager have not gotten us anywhere. The corporate office is a nightmare to navigate with only robots and voicemails that always go unanswered. These issues have been a problem since the day we moved in and were caused by the previous tenant. They should have been addressed before the management even gave us the keys to our unit.

Worst place to live ever. Incredibly over priced. Management & maintenance are constantly quitting and being replaced so getting a phone call back or anything done takes MONTHS!! The houses are terribly built. We have a constant ant & spider problem & regulating our ac is awful because the windows and doors aren’t properly installed. Half of the outlets in our home don’t work because the electric & wiring are done incorrectly. Do not ever live here. You will regret it. Also the good reviews are previous people in management here so all lies & a joke.

While the community itself has been a nice, clean place to call home; I have been without AC since 8.31.21. I have called every day, left several messages, and spoke to both the leasing agent and office manager, both whom have assured me someone would contact me from an HVAC company. This has yet to happen.
It's been a consistent 87-90 degrees in my home for 2 weeks. This is unacceptable for TX residents. I feel that this is a direct violation of the terms of my lease. If someone could contact me immediately, I would very much appreciate it.

I stopped living there three months ago and I got a cleaning bill, in which I had to pay because they threatened to take me to a colletion agency, when I left the unit it was cleaned and painted. i have a video where i recorded how i left the house and they charged me a cleaning fee of $200. Bryan Orion from walden square called me yelling me because he was about to send me to colletion if i don’t pay the cleaning fee. i asked him to send me proof that the house needed a extra cleaning and he refused telling me to deal with collection agency instead of deal with walden. he was very rude an disrespectful

Worst property I have ever lived at. When the houses were being built, they built our irrigation system incorrectly and never came to fix it even though we were promised twice they would. Once in March and once in September. My backyard stayed flooded for the year we lived there. My dogs ended up getting staph infections because of the filth in the backyard from the stagnant water. The air conditioner broke a total of 4 times. The sink broke twice. The dishwasher broke twice. The fridge went out once and each time it took a week or maybe two to fix. Went to check out one of these homes to lease.
The location in Pflugerville is great and in the center of everything that my family needs. Backyards are fenced in, rooms are large for size, and the finish outs are upscale probably level 4. Currently working out details on lease with Leaf group management. We are so excited to get moved in!

These homes are beautiful! Not too often you find a rental community like this with private backyards for every home! The homes are really pretty inside, all the nice finishes like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Staff was great to work with, Kevin helped us with all our questions!

This is a temporary living arrangement for us. We sold our home in Hutto and purchased land to build a house on. We needed something quickly and this is where we landed. This place is overprice and low quality. For a 3500 sq ft home in Hutto we pay the same rent for a 1425 sq ft home here. Staff is horrible and almost never addresses concerns on time. Before move in we found they were not going to put up a back fence due to city restrictions which we were never told about. Then we had to fight tooth and nail to get a blind up on the back sliding glass door, as if I want everyone who drives e pfennig
