Maintenance does what they can with what little resources the property manager Karen gives them. The management will sit on their thumbs doing nothing and making excuses day after day rather than addressing the issues.
Day 4 of a branch line plugged. "We're working on it, but" is their daily response as we bail sewage out of our sink welling up from units above us.

If I could give them no stars, I would! I wanted to love it here but has been a complete disaster from inquiry to move in to just trying to live here. Its unfortunate because I relocated from the DFW and I am reminded daily that this is not where I belong. If you feel like something isn't right, then just go with that and move on. The communication is poor, management does not care, apartment conditions are poor and maintenance is almost non existent. I have expressed my concerns but they continue to be disregarded. Prior to move in, I was given misinformation that almost resulted in extra charges

If you are looking for places with good maintenance, this just looks good on the surface. A pipe broke in my parents building. It was leaking into their apartment and causing mold. My mom ended up crying because the admin said that they only needed to fix the pipes and that the waters were clean. We found out later that it was water from the sinks and showers (which is not clean). They were saying that my parents needed to fix the mold themselves. The office admins even started laughing after my parents left. This is really sad as they've been living here for a few years now. The new administration

Going on 5 months living in these conditions. Paying full rent and only being able to live and use half of my apartment, have been getting the run around from management to the point where they don't even answer or return phone calls. There Excuses throughout the months have been many, now I've seen repairs being made to vacant apartments instead of the ones who have people living in them. It's been a nightmare having to deal with this.

Just moved in a few months ago and I LOVE it! Reserved covered parking spot for my unit as well as ample guest parking. Pool has enough seating areas even though it's always busy. My neighbors are polite and quiet. I love having an elevator. so helpful for bringing groceries up. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly.
Cons:
-Front desk staff can be a little difficult to reach but I've always been able to get through to them same day.
-Air conditioner is definitely loud.

My husband and I have been living here since July 2019. The service is horrible. For the amount of rent we pay especially on time. I thought being serviced properly would make a difference. Well, apparently not. When calling the office its hard trying to get someone to pick up the phone. Seriously? Whats the point of coming to work to sit behind and desk just to look cute and ignore your residents. Very unprofessional. Maintenance very under staff but always have time to sit in front of their garage and run their mouths. When they need to be doing their jobs as well. I wouldn't recommended anybody

Pretty unpleasant experience from the time I moved in. First 4 months w/o AC. After month 2 and multiple maintenance requests they provided a portable AC unit that only cooled the living room. Imagine Texas heat in June. Dealt with a pretty unruly neighbor and couldn't get much assistance from management after multiple attempts. Faux wood floors and four story apartments make noise reduction impossible. We heard everything from above us...EVERYTHING!!! Gym was hard to access even before covid. Cell service was horrible within the community. Large police presence pretty consistently through out

Recently terminated my lease. This by far has been the worst apartment I ever had. Air conditioner is extremely loud and is practically in the living room which makes it hard to hear your Tv in this small apartment. Parking is non existent to guests as it assigned to residents. Guests have to park way up front or outside of apartments and will get towed if parking anywhere else on apartments. A lady got robbed and killed in the parking lot across the street in March randomnly not far from her townhouse at our Century Stone Hill South and we were never notified about it only found out through the
