Hot tub did not work. Called repeatedly. Got it working for one night out of our 3 night stay. I asked for a refund of some of the rental. Sounded like they would do that but nothing has happened in over a week. There were other things too but hot tub was biggest. Lots of cabin rental places in the Smokies - try somewhere else. If I see a refund I'll pull down this review.

Please avoid this company. Jimmy will not respond to emails and sends you to his mother Bobbie. Bobbie does not know what she is doing. I had rescheduled my reservation from 2020 to 2021, and put a deposit down. Called to add days and my reservation and deposit was lost. Finally got it fixed, so we thought but nope. The added days that were requested were never added. After the multitude of lies and reading numerous reviews I decided to cancel my reservation. Bobbie told me it would take a month to refund and I lose 10% of it. Nothing on the website says this either. I waited a month and called

Please stay away from this place! We thought this would be a nice quiet relaxing vacation but we just couldn’t get over the horrible condition of the place and the amenities. I found long dark hairs and lots of it on all the bed sheets and pillow cases! When I asked Barbara Webb for new sheets she said it wasn’t her hair and it was my hair! I shave my head bald and everyone in my family with hair has blonde hair and it’s short!!! Plus SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME CLEAN SHEETS!! If you want to know the meaning of the phrase putting lipstick on a pig then and only then stay here. TV’s didn’t

I have been staying in these cabins since I was a little girl I remember family vacations and I remember it being nothing less than AMAZING. The view, the family, the price. Sitting in your own private hot tub looking over the mountains, seeing bears and experiencing the great Smokey mountains, is definitely an amazing memory of mine. My mom’s aunt and uncle own these cabins but whether your family or not, you will always feel like your home.

This place is a disaster to say the least. Starting with check in!!! We arrived at the office around 11:30 am. The office said open but was not open nor was anyone available to help us after calling 3 times and waiting at the office for a bit. Finally a older guy come to the door and ask me what I needed, I told him we have reservations for boo today. A older lady come down from someplace upstairs and was rude from the start. Come to find out our cabin was not ready so we she said she was going now to clean it but that it did not matter because check in was noon. We went and ate lunch to come back

We stayed in the cabin Whisper Creek on Webb Road for Thanksgiving this year. We had trouble with the hot tub staying heated and called twice to rectify. We were instructed to reset the breaker each time it wasn't heating. On Sunday, my husband started getting a rash on his abdomen. By Monday it was worse and was from his chest to his legs. This required a visit to an urgent care where they took samples. Report came back today indicating that my husband has pseudomonas likely from an unclean hot tub and requires antibiotics and steroids. It has been recommended that I treat my entire family. I
