We rented the "River Dreaming" Cabin. We had a very disappointing experience in this cabin. We had significant trouble finding the cabin and did not feel the directions were sufficient. We found several dirty dishes at the cabin as well as food crumbs on the couch. We dealt with clogged shower drain and we also found a large roach in the cabin (To which the owner let us know this: "On another note, it would not be unreasonable for a guest to find a roach or other pest in a cabin in the woods.") Despite all of these issues we did not complain to the owner at all. We treated the cabin with nothing

Spectacular views of the mountains! We thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the porch watching the clouds and sun move over the mountains. The driveway was a little scary the first time up as we are Louisianans that only know flat ground! Haha. We will definitely return often!

Everything was really great! The cabin was awesome and as described! The beds were comfortable, hot tubs were relaxing! And plenty of room to move about with kids. We enjoyed the fire place a few times and it was a literal life saver when we lost power for an entire day it kept our cabin hot and lit up. A perfect spot in between gatlinburg and pigeon forge, but also so close to the beautiful cades cove! We even enjoyed the Christmas lights at the townsend historical museum, which offered a very beautiful experience! Would definitely come back to this cabin!

We loved the quiet of this cabin. The cabin was just the right thing for stress relief. Clean, well stocked with essentials. Close enough to town for quick trips for food and tourist attractions, but far enough out to give you the full mountains experience. Price was awesome for this cozy cabin.. We will be back year after year.

The cabin was cozy, clean, and well stocked. When we have a grandchild turn 10 we take them on a 10th Birthday adventure. This particular grandchild wanted to fish and your cabin fit the bill while allowing us to social distance and still have a great time. The screened porch was perfect for enjoying coffee as well as eating all of our meals. The kitchen and grill made cooking a breeze. My husband particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa and the boys loved the steep climb to the comfortable bedrooms. We hope to be back next year with the next grandchild!

This secluded cabin sits atop a mountain and oozes rustic charm through every nook and cranny. Very good facility in a fantastic location. The architecture of this studio cabin is first-rate with windows on all four walls, and enormous atrium windows to the north welcome the sunrise. Muddy bear prints climb the 44 steps, wander to the barbecue grill, and then return. We saw turkeys and hawks on the property, and one huge raccoon climbed the steps as well. The road is treacherous--our two-wheel-drive SUV with good tires was dangerously fish-tailing on the mountain switchbacks after a rather gentle

Check google reviews and trip advisor (60+) reviews. We were in two different cabins for a wedding. The hot tub broke on the second day we were in one for three days. It was in a general state of disrepair. The second cabin we moved to with friends for the last half was very dirty with a broken sink, vacuum, missing equipment, very dirty walls that were not painted in ages, very dated and damaged furniture, dryer did not work, blinds that did not function or were falling apart. We received no discount or reimbursement for the broken hottub (it sprung a leak and drained out entirely), which we reported

We rented the Cedar Chalet in Townsend. My extended family gathered here between Christmas and New Years. We had a great time and the cabin had a lot of cool amenities. We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub, but the ridiculously warm weather rendered the indoor fireplace moot. We did have fun with the outdoor fire pit however. When we first arrived, we had a couple of problems: the hot tub wasn't working and the ice maker was leaking water. The hot tub guy showed up promptly and fixed the issue right away. The owner showed up and turned off the water to the ice maker which (temporarily
