Got here to the Evergreen cabin and there were several unaddressed issues, including but not limited to a wobbly toilet, a bed frame falling into the bed, trash and debris under the beds, it definitely hasn’t been covid cleaned in who knows how long, and the straw that broke the camel’s back - day 2 the AC went out and after hours of trying to reach Billy Pass we still have no AC. Having the windows open at night has been somewhat tolerable after 8pm, but the day time has been horrid! The number she tells you to call goes to another cabin she rents out. She doesn’t list an alternative number

My husband and I stayed at the Evergreen on the River cabin. I should keep it a secret because it was a lovely place to stay, but Billie was wonderful to work with and I have to sing her praises. It is an AWESOME cabin and we would definitely stay there again! I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

We stayed in the very cozy Manna over Thanksgiving. We very much enjoyed our stay! It was well appointed, with all the conveniences one would need. The location was outstanding; just on the edge of the National Park and overlooking the river. The wifi was a little janky and cut in and out; it was a minor annoyance because it wasn't why we were there, though. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just a perfect little cabin to get away. Very Cozy and has everything you need in it. Very private but does have a few other cabins around. Very easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Little River Falls and Cades Cove which was one of my favorites went twice! After spending sometime on the rivers and mountains back to a cozy cabin to retreat to. I highly recommend. Billy was just a text or email away to get an answers needed. And although not used to driving in Mountains It was easy to get to.
