I don’t like leaving a bad review and it took a week to mull over leaving this however I’d been reading/checking reviews on this place daily for help to make sure we were good on our choice, that said I’m just trying to give insight for future guests. Cabin is in need of repairs to say the least! The bed was propped up in the middle (which was sinking) with cut 2x4’s-not kidding! The entire cabin had to be cleaned front to back we put sheets over the couches. The face of the dishwasher was missing…just metal. If you use washer/dryer you’re braver than I am! Grill had stuck on food that

We stay at several cabins throughout the year and this was our favorite cabin we have EVER stayed at. Ever. The ladies in the office were beyond kind and helpful and the cabin was perfect. We stayed in Peaceful Path, just the most beautiful cabin tucked away in the woods. Location was perfect for us it has a nice and long walking path through the woods and the best fire-pit. Will definitely be staying there again!

Positive: Quality, Value
We loved the location and the cabin. Adam’s Eden was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The wrap-around deck was really nice. Our favorite amenity was the gas fireplace that provided warmth and coziness with the flip of a switch.

First off, I absolutely love the cabin we are staying in, Hibernation Station. I love the feel of it, the location, and all that it has to offer. The twin fold out couch at the end of the bed was perfect for my eight year old since it was an unfamiliar place, you wanted to be close. The tub is absolutely amazing and has a water heater that’s equivalent to the size of the tub, my daughter thought the fire place was the bees knees and I will definitely be back. I do have one minor complaint, the windows above the front door allow the neighbors to see straight into the loft and well, they probably

We have used Dogwood Cabins for several years now. We find the cabins we rent in Laurel Valley to be nicely stocked, clean and as represented online. We just got back from a vacation last week, when I got there I realized I made a mistake on the night we wanted to leave. I made contact with office and it was no problem to extend the stay another night since it was not reserved by anyone else until the weekend. Plan on continuing to use them on future visits.

We booked this house rental on Tuesday and arrived on Friday. It is very difficult to find quality rentals at short notice in the Gatlinburg area. Townsend is so much less congested and has plenty to offer during just about any time of the year. We loved the house and all it had to offer. Check-in and check out was easy and the office personnel helpful and courteous. We will most certainly book with Dogwood Cabins in the future.

We have stayed with Dogwood Cabin Rentals three times now. I have always been very pleased with the cabins they rent out. This time when we stayed, we stayed in the “Happy Camper” cabin. We booked this cabin this time because when we stayed there in the spring, we saw a bear and was hoping to see it again. However, this time we were not so lucky. When we left on Saturday, we checked everything and everywhere (so I thought” to make sure we did not leave anything. Keep in mind, they even had someone check in the next day. Unto my knowledge though, my wallet was left at the cabin. When I got

Stayed in candlelight. Stayed in it years ago and had a great experience. This time my daughter and I stayed downstairs. The cleaning lacked a lot!!! Found someone's dirty t shirt in the couch, had to call plumber twice, found trash everywhere , dust all over bathroom wall and the bed was a V. You lay on either side and fall in the middle. NOT excited about this stay. When you are here on vacation you hope these cabins are kept up for other people to enjoy. Wouldn't stay in this one again and hope the people coming right after us don't have to come downstairs!!

It was such a beautiful place. The cabin was so nice and had a great view of the mountains. The only thing is they should let you know at check in you will be driving up steep hills to get to cabin other than that it was great and Gale at check in was so friendly and welcoming. She even recommended things to do and check out. I would recommend.

We stayed in the River Cottage and loved it! The full house-length covered-back-porch facing the river was beautiful, meditative, and serene! Canadian geese would fly in and land on the river and the Cottage had floats for that you could throw in and float downstream right from the Cottage. The jacuzzi on the porch was awesome to retreat to after a full day of activities! The jacuzzi stayed very hot just the way we like it, but the thermostat worked perfectly and lower temps worked well, too! The large kitchen and dining areas were great for our family! We recommend it highly! Our son enjoyed the

Enjoyed a multi family vacation. We stayed at Angel's Loft. The view was so spectacular from the deck. We enjoyed the bbq grill. The cabin was spacious and never felt crowded. The upper loft was amazing and king size bed was amazing. The only downside to the cabin was the lower level beds were uncomfortable and not able to sleep to people comfortably.

Beautiful views all around this cabin called, "Robin's Nest." I couldn't have asked for a better more relaxing stay. This cabin can easily sleep 6-10 people. Plenty of room and very clean. Affordable and no hassles. Can't wait to go back and stay @ Robin's Nest. It's located in the Wild Laurel Golf Course area, where there is a clubhouse with a pool, golf course, shop, and a restaurant/bar area. If you are searching for a place to stay I would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone searching to stay in the area. Cheers & Enjoy!!

We have rented cabins from here several times in the past. Never had a problem There is new property now and we will never rent from them again. The cabin was filthy Not just dirt on the floor but dust hanging of light fixtures and ceiling fans. There was spoiled food (milk and eggs) in the refrigerator. The washer did not work. The jacuzzi tub didn't work I went to the office to ask if we could get the washer fixed (we were staying 5 nights with a 9 month old) and as I walked up to a ladies office to ask about it she got up and closed door in my face It's really sad that

Had an opportunity to spend several days and nights at "Robin's nest" cabin in Townsend, Tennessee. The rental company and process was a breeze, and for the price it was a great deal for a big family outing, or even for a small group of say two!!! The cabin itself was very easy to get to and was exactly what you would expect and want for a rustic, clean, fun cabin getaway. The site says the cabin will sleep 6, we found it easy to sleep 8 with the three bedrooms and a fold out couch. The location was perfect to access Gatlinburg, Cades Cove and all that Townsend and the Smokey
