Before moving here, strongly recommend that you consider other living arrangements outside of Arrington Ridge. I moved in about two months ago (7/20/21) and have needed to make multiple service requests, including many that were ignored and/or dismissed as non-issues. I have provided some details below to hopefully give you an objective view on whether or not this complex is right for you.

Let's start put with me looking for a new place on my own was already difficult, but one of the crew members Lenisha was so helpful on the phone when I called, had me actually looking forward to a tour without fear! She was so positive and had my so pumped to move in on my own and how nice it'll be even though it's so new! Thank you Lenisha for all of your help! Hope you enlighten people daily the way you did to me!

I bought my first home and I still think about Arrington Ridge! Before I left there was an amazing maintenance supervisor that was always on top of any work order I put in Ted I think. After having someone like him and then having to do with your own plumbing and maintenance , I appreciate everything he did so much more now. Also the whole office staff Kimberly , Fairen , And Lenisha are the best

I have been here since March 2021. My apartment has had several issues all due to water. Not sure if it was because of the freeze in February. Now the toilet in my bathroom high pitch screeches. I spoke to maintenance in person and it was blown off. I was actually working from home at the time and could be home at that time. Now I am back at work and my teenage son has to be home so they won't enter my apartment which is understandable. However they will not come to fix it on a weekend when I can be there. It should be some exceptions to the rules in some cases especially when part of the blame

I loved living at Arrington Ridge Apartments. My 1 bedroom was very spacious and a great price compared to all the apartments near the outlet mall. The pool was my favorite spot to relax! Manager Kimberlee and Assistant Manager Fairen were always super responsive and went above and beyond their job duties in making sure tenants are being taken care of.

On their website Arrington Ridge claims it is “Superior Apartment Living”, where “all the luxuries of resort-style living reach soaring new heights”! So in reality, what can you actually expect from these “luxurious resort-style” apartments? At Arrington Ridge you will have first class viewing of the magnificent piles of trash that buildup every weekend around the ONE dumpster they have on site.
