Barron’s is far most the best apartment community I lived at. The grounds are always kept very clean. All staff are always greeting you during their job and also once they are off and see you outside on property they will not ignore you and they will wave and greet you again. The ladies in the office are amazing. They always keep the office looking great and are very detailed when explaining how their income restricted property works. They have the best prices in Waco for some very nice looking apartments. Washer and dryer is a definite plus!

My daughter and her little family have lived here for a couple years and they have had the best experience so far. They have been quick to respond to any concerns and management has always been friendly and personable to them. Her apartment floor plan is really very nice and spacious which truly exceeded my expectations.

Great! washer dryer included, new appliances, includes your income when getting your rent price, only electric to deal with otherwise. nice pool, sucks that you have to have insurance and other random things to just get a pool pass though. has a great work out room. not alot of storage space though, have to purchase 1 of the storage rooms in the same building you're in which adds on to rent every month. but none of the apartments are next to each other so noise isn't an issue. that's one of my favorite things about it here. it's like a small house.

Surprisingly this has to be one of the most underrated places I've lived at. The staff is friendly and understandable (Especially on being late with rent). You don't have wait 2-3 days to get a response on a problem that you have with your unit. They respond quickly and get the issue situated quickly. You can walk right in and talk to them because someone is always at the office. They even do events for the kids that live here and others around the neighborhood. Been living here for about a year now and I really feel like this is home sweet home. Probably the best spot to apply for in Waco. Paying
